Lee Dong-Wook and Yoo In-Na cast in tvN drama series “Reach of Sincerity”

Lee Dong-Wook and Yoo In-Na are now cast in new tvN drama series “Reach of Sincerity” (literal title). The duo famously appeared together in 2016 tvN drama series “Goblin.” For drama series “Reach of Sincerity,” Lee Dong-Wook will play lead male character Kwon Jung-Rok. He is a lawyer and does excellent work. He ranks number #1 at his law firm for winning cases. Meanwhile, Yoo In-Na will play lead female character Oh Yoon-Seo whose real name is Oh Jin-Sim. Due to a scandal, her acting career is finished. She wants to act again. To play the character for a drama series, she begins work as a secretary at a law firm for a few months.

“Reach of Sincerity” first airs January, 2019 in South Korea.

First still images Song Hye-Kyo in tvN drama series “Encounter”

Here’s the first still images of Song Hye-Kyo in upcoming tvN drama series “Encounter” (English title) co-starring Park Bo-Gum. The literal title of the drama series is “Boyfriend” (“Namjachingoo”). In the drama series, Song Hye-Ko plays Cha Soo-Hyun. Due to her politician father, she has never lived her life under her free will. She is a hotel CEO and the ex-daughter-in-law of a chaebol family. She meets an ordinary man played by Park Bo-Gum.

“Encounter” first airs November, 2018 in South Korea (takes over tvN’s Wednesday & Thursday 9:30 PM time slot after “Hundred Million Stars From the Sky“).

Lee Na-Young cast in tvN drama series “Romance is a Bonus Book”

Lee Na-Young is cast in tvN drama series “Romance is a Bonus Book” (literal title) co-starring Lee Jong-Suk. For drama series “Romance is a Bonus Book,” Lee Na-Young will play lead female character Kang Dan-Yi. She was once a famous copywriter, but she is no longer. She is now broke and unemployed. Because of her excellent background, she is unable to find a job. She then resorts to lying about her background and gets a job at a publishing company where Cha Eun-Ho (played by Lee Jong-Suk ) works as a chief editor. Drama series is scripted by Jung Hyun-Jung (“In Need of Romance“) and directed by Lee Jung-Hyo (“The Good Wife“).

“Romance is a Bonus Book” first airs sometime in the first half of 2019 in South Korea.

Two main posters for tvN drama series “Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter”

Here’s two main posters for tvN drama series “Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter” (English title) starring Moon Chae-Won, Yoon Hyun-Min and Seo Ji-Hoon. The first poster is of Moon Chae-Won, Yoon Hyun-Min, Seo Ji-Hoon and Kang Mi-Na (‘Gugudan’). The second poster is of Ko Du-Shim, Yoon Hyun-Min, Seo Ji-Hoon and a big tiger. Moon Chae-Won and Ko Du-Shim both play the character of Sun Ok-Nam.

First script reading for tvN drama series “Boyfriend”

First script reading for tvN drama series “Boyfriend” took place August, 2018 in Sangnam Neighborhood, Seoul, South Korea. Main cast members including Song Hye-Kyo, Park Bo-Gum, Ko Chang-Seok, Shin Jung-Keun, Baek Ji-Won, Moon Sung-Geun, Kim Hye-Eun and Jeon So-Nee attended. The drama series depicts the romance between Cha Soo-Hyun (Song Hye-Kyo), who has never lived freely, and outgoing Kim Jin-Hyeok (Park Bo-Gum).

Lee Jong-Suk cast in tvN drama series “Romance is a Bonus Book”

Lee Jong-Suk is cast in new tvN drama series “Romance is a Bonus Book” (literal title). For the drama series, Lee Jong-Suk will play lead male character Cha Eun-Ho. He is a genius writer and the youngest chief editor ever at a publishing company. Cha Eun-Ho is also cool-headed at work, but has a warm heart and reasonable personality. Lee Jong-Suk stated “I like the work of screenwriter Jung Hyun-Jung and director Lee Jung-Hyo, so I am happy to work with them. Romantic-comedy genre is also a first for me, so I am looking forward to it a lot.” Story for the drama series will be set around a publishing company and follow people who publish books.

“Romance is a Bonus Book” will first air sometime during the first half of 2019 in South Korea.
