Character teaser trailers for tvN drama series “Room No. 9”

Character teaser trailers added for tvN drama series “Room No. 9” starring Kim Hee-Seon, Kim Young-Kwang and Kim Hae-Sook. The drama features the unusual premise of a lawyer (Kim Hee-Seon) and death row inmate (Kim Hae-Sook) mysteriously switching bodies in the prison’s room no.9.

For Kim Hee-Seon’s character teaser trailer. It begins with Kim Hee-Seon’s stating “Expensive lawyer’s fee, successful lawyer, 100% winning rate, that kind of lawyer is me. Everything begins there. Room No.9”

Kim Young-Kwang’s character teaser has Kim Young-Kwang stating “I pretend to not know anything. I pretend to have no interest. I pretend that i like. Only then can I approach the truth. Everything begins there. Room No. 9.”

Lastly, Kim Hae-Sook’s character teaser begins with her stating “To a death-row convict, every morning when the sun rises is death. If you can not give me hope, then just kill me. Everything begins there. Room No.9.”

“Room No. 9” is now scheduled to first air September 29, 2018 in South Korea.

Teaser trailer #2 and #3 added for tvN drama series “The Smile Has Left Your Eyes” starring Seo In-Guk and Jung So-Min.

Teaser trailer #2 has Seo In-Gook narrating in Korean “Everything is the same. There’s no fun.” He then asks “How does it feel when you kill someone?”

Teaser trailer #3 has Jung So-Min narrating in Korean “People call him a monster.” Then as Seo In-Gook walks along the ledge of a building, Jung So-Min says “Don’t do it. You are absolutely not a monster.”

“The Smile Has Left Your Eyes” first airs September 26, 2018 in South Korea.

Yeo Jin-Goo & Lee Se-Young cast in tvN drama series “Masquerade”

Yeo Jin-Goo and Lee Se-Young are cast in upcoming tvN drama series “Masquerade.” The drama series is a remake of 2012 movie “Masquerade” starring Lee Byung-Hun and Han Hyo-Joo. For the drama series version, Yeo Jin-Goo will play dual roles of King Lee Hun and Clown Ha Sun. Because the King and the clown look so similar, the clown is brought to the palace to fill in for the King as potential assassination attempts on the King brew. Lee Se-Young will play the role of Queen Yoo So-Woon. The clown, who is filling in for the King, falls for the Queen.

“Masquerade” will first air January, 2019 in South Korea.

Teaser poster for movie “Miss Baek”

Here’s the first teaser poster for movie “Miss Baek” starring Han Ji-Min. Movie is directed by first time feature film director Lee Ji-Won. Story for “Miss Baek” follows a woman who became a convict because she was trying to protect herself. She meets a young girl (Kim Shi-A) who resembles her and they form a bond. Han Ji-Min is currently starring in tvN drama series “Familiar Wife.”

“Miss Baek” is now set for release sometime this October, 2018 in South Korea.

tvN drama series “Let’s Eat 3” shortened to 14 episodes

Currently airing tvN drama series “Let’s Eat 3” has been shortened to 14 episodes from its originally planned 16 episodes. The drama series will now finish a week earlier on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 rather than Tuesday, September 4, 2018. The reason for the 2 episode reduction is because lead actor Yoon Doo-Joon will enlist in the South Korean military on August 24, 2018. The screenplay has been condensed to fit into 14 episodes, but the general story line will stay true to the original 16 episode screenplay.

First still images of Seo In-Guk and Jung So-Min in tvN drama series “The Smile Has Left Your Eyes”

Here’s the first still images of Seo In-Guk and Jung So-Min in upcoming tvN drama series “The Smile Has Left Your Eyes.” Drama series is a remake of 2002 Fuji TV drama series “Hundred Million Stars From the Sky” (“Sora Kara Furu Ichioku no Hoshi”). The first still images from the drama series are from a scene filmed July, 2018 in Mapo-district, Seoul, South Korea. This scene is of the first meeting between Kim Moo-Young (Seo In-Guk) and Yoo Jin-Kang (Jung So-Min).

Lastly, ep.1 air date is now set for September 26, 2018 in South Korea (takes over tvN’s Wednesday and Thursday 9:30 PM time slot after “Familiar Wife“).

Park Bo-Young cast in tvN drama series “Abyss”

Park Bo-Young is cast in new tvN drama series “Abyss” (working title). The drama series falls in the fantasy-romance genre and is scripted by Moon Soo-Yun. For drama series “Abyss,” Park Bo-Young will play a prosecutor. Her character is beautiful, but a mysterious bead causes her appearance to change to a common appearance. Casting for the male lead has not yet been announced.

“Abyss” will first air sometime during the first half of next year in South Korea.
