Sho Aoyagi is cast in WOWOW drama special “Kuinige Killer.” The drama special features a screenplay by Fumitake Tatesawa which won the “10th WOWOW Scenario Grand Prize” in 2017. The story features a problem that we are all probably guilty of doing at least once in our lives which is running out on restaurant bills before paying. In the drama special, Sho Aoyagi plays Shogo Kawatani. In his past, he was a top athlete, but he now works for family restaurant. His job is to catch the deadbeats who run out on their bills. Drama special is directed by Yuji Nakamae.

Mahiro Takasugi, Ryo Kato and Daichi Watanabe are cast in live-action film “Gangoose.” The film is based on manga “Gangoose” by Daisuke Suzuki and directed by Yu Irie. The three main male characters grew up at a youth detention center and came from abusive homes. The men commit crimes against criminal groups to survive.
Filming for “Gangoose” will take place from January 20, 2018 to late Febraury, 2018 and the movie will be released sometime during autumn, 2018 in Japan.

Movie is based on manga “Marmalade Boy” by Wataru Yoshizumi and directed by Ryuichi Hiroki. The story for “Marmalade Boy” follows two teenagers who learn their parents are divorcing and remarrying partners from the other couple. Furthermore, they all begin living in the same house.
For Miho Nakayama, she will play Chiyako. She is the biological mother of Yuu Matsuura (Ryo Yoshizawa). Shosuke Tanihara will play Shosuke Tanihara. He is the biological father of Yuu Matsuura. Rei Dan will play Rumi. She is the biological mother of Miki Koishikawa (Hinako Sakurai). Michitaka Tsutsui will play Jin Koishikawa. He is the biological father of Miki Koishikawa.

Yoko Maki, Mao Inoue, Nanami Sakuraba and Yo Oizumi are all cast in movie “Yakiniku Dragon.” The film is based on stage play “Yakiniku Doragon” written and directed by Wishing Chong and he also directs the movie version. The film centers around three daughters played by Yoko Maki, Mao Inoue and Nanami Sakuraba. Their father emigrated from South Korea and started the restaurant “Yakiniku Doragon” in Japan. Story is also set in the 1970’s and set around the Kansai region.
