Teaser trailer and poster added for sequel film “The Confidence Man JP: Princess” starring Masami Nagasawa, Masahiro Higashide, & Fumiyo Kohinata. The sequel film to 2019 movie “The Confidence Man JP: The Movie” and 2018 Fuji TV drama series “The Confidence Man JP” will be set in Langkawi, Malaysia. Supporting cast members who will play new characters in the sequel film are Alan Shirahama, Nagisa Sekimizu, Yuta Furukawa, Kyohei Shibata, and Kinya Kitaoji.

“The Confidence Man JP: Princess” will be released May 1, 2020 in Japan.

Byun Yo-Han & Kim Moo-Yul cast in movie “Voice”

Byun Yo-Han and Kim Moo-Yul are cast in crime-action film “Voice” (working title). The film will be directed by brothers Kim Sun & Kim Gok who have worked together on such films as “Anti Gas Skin,” “White,” and “Horror Stories.” For the film, Byun Yo-Han will play Seo-Joon, who falls victim to a voice phishing group. Kim Moo-Yul will play Pro Kwa. He is a planner in voice phishing. Filming for “Voice” will begin late January, 2020 in South Korea.

Taiga Nakano and Ryuya Wakaba are cast in movie “All the Things We Never Said.” The movie is written and directed by Yuya Ishii. According to the director, he wrote the script over a period of 3 days. Taiga Nakano will play ordinary man Atsuhisa Yamada, who witnesses his wife having an affair, but is unable to say anything about it. Ryuya Wakaba will play his childhood friend Takeda. The film is planned for release in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao as well as Japan for sometime next year.

First teaser trailer added for SBS drama series “Dr. Romantic 2” starring Han Suk-Kyu, Lee Sung-Kyung, and Ahn Hyo-Seop. The teaser trailer starts with narration by Han Suk-Kyu in which he states in Korean “Regardless of who that person is. What kind of job that person has. What position that person holds. To me that person is just a patient. I think of only thing. That is to save (that patient). No matter what, I must save.”

Meanwhile, above and below are still images from that drama series. The still images are of Han Suk-Kyu, Lee Sung-Kyung and Ahn Hyo-Seop. The still images show the scene where Cha Eun-Jae (Lee Sung-Kyung) and Seo Woo-Jin (Ahn Hyo-Seop) meet Teacher Kim (Han Suk-Kyu) for the first time. Jung Ji-So cast in tvN drama series “The Cursed”

Jung Ji-So is cast for a co-lead role in tvN drama series “The Cursed” (English title) co-starring Uhm Ji-Won. Already cast in major supporting character roles are Sung Dong-Il & Jo Min-Soo. The literal title of the drama series is “Method” (“Bangbeob”). For “The Cursed,” Jung Ji-So will play Baek So-Jin. She is teenage girl with an ability to place curses on other people. She works with Reporter Im Jin-Hee (Uhm Ji-Won) to fight against a devil (Sung Dong-Il). For Jung Ji-So, she most recently starred in Cannes Film Festival award winning film “Parasite” as the rich family’s daughter Da-Hye.

“The Cursed” first airs February, 2020 in South Korea (takes over tvN’s Monday and Tuesday 9:30 PM time slot after “Black Dog.”).

Lee Je-Hoon cast in Netflix drama series “Move To Heaven”

Lee Je-Hoon is cast in Netflix drama series “Move To Heaven.” The film is inspired by nonfiction essay “Ddeonan Hooe Namgyeojin Geotdeul” by Kim Shae-Byeol. The author was the first South Korean who worked to arrange items left behind by recently deceased people. For the drama series, Lee Je-Hoon will play Sang-Koo. He was imprisoned in his past for fighting in underground fights, but now works with his nephew to arrange items left by deceased people. Kim Sung-Ho (“Notebook from My Mother“) will direct the drama series and screenplay written by Yoon Ji-Ryeon (“Angel Eyes“). A time frame for when the drama series will premiere on Netflix has not been given.

Meanwhile, Nan-Do (Yoon Hyun-Min) is the developer of AI Holo. Nan-Do has the same physical appearance as AI Holo, but his personality is completely different.
