Ep.1 trailer for JTBC drama series “Diary of a Prosecutor”

Ep.1 trailer added for JTBC drama series “Diary of a Prosecutor” starring Lee Sun-Kyun & Jung Ryeo-Won. The drama series follows a group of prosecutors and is based on 2018 novel “Geomsanaejeon” by Kim Woong. Ep,1 trailer begins with Lee Sun-Kyung’s voice stating in Korean “Here is Jinyoung, which is a city known for its fishery and culture, and we are prosecutors in Jinyoung District Prosecutor’s office.”

Meanwhile, above are new still images of Lee Sun-Kyun and Jung Ryeo-Won in the drama series. The still images are of a scene when Cha Myung-Joo (Jung Ryeo-Won) visits her new office in Jinyoung. She happens to meet Lee Sun-Woong (Lee Sun-Kyun) and they exchange greetings, while shaking hands. It’s the day before she begins work at the prosecutor’s office.

Jung Sang-Hoon is cast in tvN Drama Stage special “Blackout.” “Blackout” is the 7th installment in the 2020 tvN Drama Stage series of specials. The drama special will have Jung Sang-Hoon playing main character Yang Ik-Seung.

Plot Synopsis from AsianWiki: Yang Ik-Seung (Jung Sang-Hoon) came to Seoul by himself. He started a business, but that failed. He has been working as a taxi driver for the past 3 years. One mourning, he wakes up and he cannot not remember what happened the past 8 hours of last night. One billion won in cash appeared in front of Yang Ik-Seung.

Ep.1 air date for tvN drama series “Money Game,” starring Ko Soo, Lee Sung-Min, & Shim Eun-Kyung, is now set for January, 2020. The drama series will slot into tvN’s Wednesday & Thursday 9:30PM time slot after “Psychopath Diary.” Meanwhile, announcement of the first script reading was released today, which took place several months ago. Attending the first script reading were main cast members Ko Soo, Lee Sung-Min, Shim Eun-Kyung, Yoo Teo, Jeong Dong-Hwan, Choi Woong, Choi Byung-Mo, Bang Eun-Hee, Jo Jae-Ryong, Kim Jung-Pal, Choi Duk-Moon, and Oh Ryong.

Actor Cha In-Ha found deceased today

According to the South Korean police, actor Cha In-Ha was found deceased today December 3, 2019 at his home. His body was found by his manager. Cha In-Ha’s exact cause of death has not yet been revealed. Cha In-Ha was appearing in currently airing MBC drama series “Love With Flaws” as major supporting character Joo Won-Suk. Cha In-Ha was 27 years of age before passing away.

First script reading for tvN drama series “Wise Doctor Life”

First script reading for tvN drama series “Wise Doctor Life” (literal title) took place recently in South Korea. Main cast members including Cho Jung-Seok, Kim Dae-Myung, Jung Kyoung-Ho, Yoo Yeon-Seok, Jeon Mi-Do, Kim Hae-Sook, Shin Hyun-Bin, Jung Moon-Sung, Kim Joon-Han, Kim Soo-Jin, and Ahn Eun-Jin all attended. Prior to the first script reading announcement, Kim Dae-Myung, Jung Kyoung-Ho, Yoo Yeon-Seok and Jeon Mi-Do were all considering offers to play characters in the drama series and they are now cast in the drama series. In the drama series, Cho Jung-Seok, Kim Dae-Myung, Jung Kyoung-Ho, Yoo Yeon-Seok and Jeon Mi-Do play characters who all entered the same medical university in 199. They are all friends and work together in the same hospital. The drama series is directed by Shin Won-Ho and scripted by Lee Woo-Jung who worked together in “Reply 1997,” “Reply 1994” and “Reply 1988.”

“Wise Doctor Life” first airs sometime next year in South Korea.

Ep.1 air date for Channel A drama series “Touch,” starring Joo Sang-Wook & Kim Bo-Ra, is now set for January 3, 2020 in South Korea. Meanwhile, below are the first still images of Joo Sang-Wook and Kim Bo-Ra appearing together in the drama series.
