Auditions underway to cast lead roles for drama series “Blue Sky”

Auditions are currently underway to cast lead & supporting roles for drama series “Blue Sky.” The drama series will depict the early days of popular boy band BTS. The exact network to air the drama series has not yet been decided, but Kim Jae-Hong (“This is My Love“) will direct the drama series and the screenplay will be written by Kim Soo-Jin (“The Light in Your Eyes“). The screenplay will tell the true story of BTS, but also contain fictional elements. BTS consists of Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. 

Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: “Blue Sky” tells the story of 7 boys who become members in worldwide K-pop sensation BTS. The 7 boys are Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. Their story is set during their schooldays, before they debut as BTS.

Two main posters and teaser trailer #4 for OCN drama series “Train”

Here’s two main posters for upcoming OCN drama series “Train” starring Yoon Si-Yoon and Kyung Soo-Jin. The posters emphasizes the parallel worlds in which the story takes place. Caption on the posters states in Korean “One railroad … Crosses into two worlds.” Meanwhile, a fourth teaser trailer, this time featuring Kyung Soo-Jin has been added on AsianWiki.

“Train” is now set for release July 11, 2020 in South Korea.

Teaser trailer 2 for tvN drama series “Flower of Evil”

Teaser trailer #2 (two versions) added for tvN drama series “Flower of Evil” starring Lee Joon-Gi and Moon Chae-Won. The first version of teaser trailer #2 has Baek Hee-Sung (Lee Joon-Gi) celebrating his birthday with wife Cha Ji-Won (Moon Chae-Won) and their baby daughter. Around the 15 second mark, Lee Joon-Gi narrates with “I told you a very small lie.” The second version of teaser trailer #2 has Cha Ji-Won watching her husband Baek Hee-Sung and baby daughter playing in their yard. Around the 9 second mark, Moon Chae-Won asks “Who are you?” Meanwhile, above and below are four character posters for the drama series. Below are Jang Hee-Jin as Do Hae-Soo and Seo Hyun-Woo as Kim Moo-Jin.

Character teaser trailer added for OCN drama series “Train” starring Yoon Si-Yoon, Kyung Soo-Jin, and Shin So-Yul. The character teaser trailer is of Yoon Si-Yoon as Seo Do-Won and his other character. The teaser starts off with Yoon Si-Yoon whispering “There is another me in the world.” Caption around the 23 second mark states “Police who chose to live for atonement.” and “Police who chose the path of depravity.”

Teaser trailer #2 for KBS2 drama series “Memorials” (English title) starring Nana & Park Sung-Hoon. Teaser trailer #2 is set in a library, where Koo Se-Ra (Nana) introduces herself to Seo Kong-Myung (Park Sung-Hoon) in a surprising way. The drama series is set in the political world, where a young woman runs for election rather than getting a job.

“Memorials” first airs July 1, 2020 in South Korea (takes over KBS2’s Wednesday & Thursday 9:30 PM time slot after “Soul Mechanic“).

First teaser trailer added for JTBC drama series “Graceful Friends” starring Yu Jun-Sang, Song Yoon-A, Bae Soo-Bin, and Han Da-Gam. Narration in the teaser trailer is done entirely by Yu Jun-Sang as Ahn Goong-Cheol. He states in the teaser trailer “Blood ran in reverse. I could not see anything. I could not hear anything. I only thought I had to protect my precious people. But, when I woke up, I found a person dead in front of me. The world was full of the smell of blood. It was just like 20 years ago.”

New “brothers” teaser poster and trailer for tvN drama series “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay” starring Kim Soo-Hyun & Seo Ye-Ji. The teaser poster is of Kim Soo-Hyun and Oh Jung-Se. In the drama series, the two actors play brothers. Older brother Moon Sang-Tae (Oh Jung-Se) has autism and he has taken care of by his younger brother Moon Kang-Tae (Kim Soo-Hyun). Teaser trailer #1 for KBS2 drama series “Men are Men”

Teaser trailer #1 added for KBS2 drama series “Men are Men” (English title) starring Hwang Jung-Eum and Yoon Hyun-Min. The teaser trailer has Hwang Jung-Eum as Seo Hyun-Joo, standing on a heliport area of an office building. She holds a bouquet of yellow flowers, while dressed in a white dress and orange canvas sneakers. At the 6 second mark, Hwang Jung-Eum states “Goodbye everyone.” She then runs and proceeds to jump high into the sky. Yoon Hyun-Min as Hwang Ji-Woo then calls out her by name.
