Chun Woo-Hee & Kim Dong-Wook cast in tvN drama “Beneficial Fraud”

Chun Woo-Hee & Kim Dong-Wook are cast in tvN drama series “Beneficial Fraud” (literal title). The revenge themed drama series will have Chun Woo-Hee play Con Artist Lee Ro-Woom and Kim Dong-Wook play Lawyer Han Moo-Young. They differ greatly in that Lee Ro-Woom does not have any empathy feelings and Kim Dong-Wook has sometimes too much empathy for other people.

“Beneficial Fraud” will first air May 29, 2023 in South Korea (takes over tvN’s Monday & Tuesday 8:50 PM time slot after “Our Blooming Youth“).

Jang Hyuk & Jang Na-Ra cast in tvN drama “Family”

Jang Hyuk and Jang Na-Ra are cast in tvN drama series “Family.” Also cast in major supporting roles are Chae Jung-An and Kim Nam-Hee. “Family” will mark the 4th time Jang Hyuk and Jang Na-Ra will work together following “Bright Girl’s Success,” “You Are My Destiny,” and “Drama Festival 2014: Old Goodbye.” The drama series “Family” features a family-spy-comedy script with Jang Hyuk playing a secret agent, who holds an ordinary office job by day, and Jang Na-Ra playing his wife.

“Family” will first air April, 2023 in South Korea (taking over tvN’s Monday & Tuesday 9PM time slot after “Our Blooming Youth“).

Ep.1 trailer for tvN drama “Our Blooming Youth”

Ep.1 trailer added for tvN drama series “Our Blooming Youth” starring Park Hyung-Sik & Jeon So-Nee. The trailer shows rumors about Crown Prince Lee Hwan (Park Hyung-Sik) are quickly spreading. The rumor is that the crown prince killed his older brother to have his current position. His right arm is immobile because of a curse by a ghost. Meanwhile, Min Jae-Yi (Jeon So-Nee)) is framed as the killer of her family by poison. Around the 24 second mark of the trailer, Jeon So-Nee states “My family’s death must have something to do with the crown prince.” Above and below are still images of Park Hyung-Sik and Jeon So-Nee in the drama series.

Ep.1 trailers added for tvN drama series “Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist 2” starring Kim Min-Jae, Kim Hyang-Gi, & Kim Sang-Kyung. There’s actually two versions of the ep.1 trailer with the shorter version starting off with Yoo Se-Poong (Kim Min-Jae) stating “I miss you so much” to an illusion of Seo Eun-Woo (Kim Hyang-Gi). This scene is only in the shorter trailer. Both trailers shows the King (Oh Kyung-Joo), whose life is in danger, ordering Yoo Se-Poong to save him.

“Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist 2” first airs  January 11, 2023 in South Korea.

Trailer for tvN drama “Crash Course in Romance”

Trailer added for tvN drama series “Crash Course in Romance” starring Jeon Do-Yeon and Jung Kyoung-Ho. The trailer begins with Nam Haeng-Sun’s (Jeon Do-Yeon) daughter Nam Hae-Yi (Roh Yoon-Seo) stating “Let me enlist in the private institute where Ilta Choi Chi-Yeol teaches math.”  This is how Nam Haeng-Sun and Choi Chi-Yeol (Jung Kyoung-Ho), who have nothing in common, become involved with each other.

“Crash Course in Romance” first airs January 14, 2023 in South Korea.
