Main trailer and poster added for movie “Sakurada Reset 1”

Main trailer and poster added for movie “Sakurada Reset 1” starring Shuhei Nomura, Yuina Kuroshima & Yuna Taira. Movie is based on the light novel “Sakurada Risetto” by Yutaka Kono. Story for the film follows Misora Haruki (Yuina Kuroshima) who has the power to go back in time and Kei Asai (Shuhei Nomura) who has a special memory ability.

The teaser poster also reveals that “Sakurada Reset 1” will be released March 25, 2017 in Japan. “Sakurada Reset 2” will then be released May 13, 2017 in Japan.

Here’s still images of Song Joong-Ki‘s cameo appearance in upcoming KBS2 drama series “Sound of Your Heart” starring Lee Kwang-Soo. The still images are of Song Joong-Ki and Lee Kwang-Soo. In the drama series, Song Joong-Ki will play a successful webtoon writer. His character is also good friends with Jo Suk (Lee Kwang-Soo). Song Joong-Ki will appear in ep.1 and ep.20  “Sound of Your Heart.”

“Sound of Your Heart” will first air December 9, 2016 in South Korea.

Ai Hashimoto, Mei Nagano & Shota Sometani cast in movie “Parks”

Ai Hashimoto, Mei Nagano & Shota Sometani are cast in new movie “Parks.” The film is written & directed by Natsuki Seta (“A Liar and a Broken Girl“) and to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Inokashira Park in Tokyo, Japan.

In the film “Parks,” Ai Hashimoto plays college student Jun. She meets high school student Haru (Mei Nagano) who looks just like her deceased father’s girlfriend Sachiko. Jun and Haru then meet Tokio (Shota Sometani) who is the grandson of Sachiko. They learn that Sachiko has passed away but discover an open-reel tape from her belongings.

“Parks” will be released April 22, 2017 in Japan.

Main trailer for movie “Misbehavior”

Main trailer added for upcoming movie “Misbehavior” starring Kim Ha-Neul, Yu In-Young & Lee Won-Geun. Movie is written and directed by Kim Tae-Young (“Set Me Free“). Story for “Misbehavior” revolves around 2 female teachers and a male high school student. Kim Ha-Neul plays Hyo-Joo. She isn’t tenured at the school, but presumes to become so in the near future. The school board chairman’s daughter played by Yu In-Young then comes to the school as a new tenured teacher. Hyo-Joo then witnesses Yu In-Young’s character in a passionate embrace with a male student played by Lee Won-Geun.

“Misbehavior” will be released sometime January, 2017 in South Korea.

Masataka Kubota cast in WOWOW drama series “Hitoya no Toge”

Masataka Kubota is cast in new WOWOW drama series “Hitoya no Toge.” The drama series is based on 2014 novel “Hitoya no Toge” by Takeaki Daimon and will be directed by Hideyuki Hirayama. Also cast in supporting roles are Yukiyoshi Ozawa, Shigeru Izumiya, Narushi Ikeda, Masato Hagiwara, Maho Nonami, Ryusuke Komakine, Yoji Tanaka, Yoshiki Arizono, Morooka Moro, Yukijiro Hotaru & Ikuji Nakamura.

In drama series “Hitoya no Toge,” Masataka Kubota will play main character Ryota Takeshima. He works as a guard at Kitakanto Prison which is rife with corruption. A new prison warden played by Yukiyoshi Ozawa is appointed.

“Hitoya no Toge” first airs March 19, 2017 in Japan.

Here’s still images of Cho Jung-Seok‘s cameo appearance in ep.7 of SBS drama series “The Legend of the Blue Sea” starring Gianna Jun & Lee Min-Ho.

Setup for the scene has Cho Jung-Seok playing Jung-Hoon. He is aware of Sim Chung’s (Gianna Jun) secret. Filming for Cho Jung-Seok’s cameo scene took place December 2, 2016 with Gianna Jun and Lee Min-Ho.

Ep.7 of “The Legend of the Blue Sea” airs later tonight in South Korea.

Here’s still images of Kim Go-Eun and Yook Sung-Jae‘s (‘BTOB’) first scene together in currently airing tvN drama series “Goblin.”

The scene has Ji Eun-Tak ( Kim Go-Eun) and Yoo Duk-Hwa (Yook Sung-Jae) meeting for the first time in a bookstore. Filming for this scene took place in Bucheon, South Korea on September 19, 2016. This scene will air in ep.3 of “Goblin” on December 9, 2016 in South Korea.

Takeru Satoh & Tao Tsuchiya cast in based-on-a-true-story film “Bride for 8 Years”

Takeru Satoh & Tao Tsuchiya are cast in based-on-a-true-story film “Bride for 8 Years” (literal title). The movie is based on autobiographical novel “8 Nen Goshi no Hanayome Kimi no Me ga Sametanara” by Hisashi Nakahara and Mai Nakahara. Takahisa Zeze will direct the film.

Story for the film will have Takeru Satoh & Tao Tsuchiya playing Hisashi and Mai respectively. They are engaged, but Mai becomes seriously ill due to a brain disease. She eventually goes into a coma. Hisashi though doesn’t abandon his fiance. Mai does wake up from her coma, but she has lost all memory of her fiance.

“8 Nen Goshi no Hanayome” will be released sometime during winter, 2017 in Japan.
