Teaser for movie “The Mayor”

Teaser trailer added for upcoming movie “The Mayor” starring Choi Min-Sik, Kwak Do-Won & Shim Eun-Kyung. Movie is directed by Park In-Je. Movie “The Mayor” has Choi Min-Sik playing Byun Jong-Goo. His character is the mayor of Seoul and he embarks on an election campaign for a third term. Kwak Do-Won plays his campaign manager Sim Hyuk-Soo and Shim Eun-Kyung will play campaign strategist Park Kyung.

“The Mayor” opens sometime this April in South Korea.

First still images of Choi Gang-Hee in KBS2 drama series “Queen of Mystery”

Here’s the first still images of Choi Gang-Hee in upcoming KBS2 drama series “Queen of Mystery” co-starring Kwon Sang-Woo. The still images are from Choi Gang-Hee’s first day of filming for the drama series which took place February 22, 2017 in Daejeon and Seoul, South Korea. In the drama series, Choi Gang-Hee plays Yoo Seol-Ok. Her character is housewife, but she loves mystery novels and aspired to become a detective. She teams up with Detective Ha Wan-Seung to solve cases.

“Queen of Mystery” first airs April 5, 2017 in South Korea.

Trailer for movie “Dad is Daughter”

Trailer added for upcoming movie “Dad is Daughter” (literal title) starring Jung So-Min & Yoon Je-Moon. The film is based on 2006 Japanese novel “Papa to Musume no Nanokakan” by Takahisa Igarashi. The novel was previously adapted into 2007 TBS drama series “Seven Days of a Daddy and a Daughter” (“Papa to Musume no Nanokakan”) which stars Yui Aragaki &
Hiroshi Tachi in the lead roles. Story for “Dad is Daughter” follows daughter (Jung So-Min) and father (Yoon Je-Moon) as they both have important moments approaching … but they suddenly switch bodies.

“Dad is Daughter” opens April, 2017 in South Korea.

Teaser trailer 4 for tvN drama series “The Liar and His Lover”

Teaser trailer #4 added for upcoming live-action tvN drama series “The Liar and His Lover” starring Lee Hyun-Woo & Joy. Drama series is based on manga “Kanojo wa Uso o Aishisugiteru” by Kotomi Aoki. In the ep.1 teaser trailer, Joy as Yoon So-Rim sings a heartfelt rendition of song “Now I Wish It Would Be Like That” by Cho Yong-Pil. Lee Hyun-Woo as Kang Han-Kyeol asks her “you sure you practice? Let’s do it again …” but he clearly looks impressed.

Meanwhile, still images above are of Lee Hyun-Woo andLee Jung-Jin in the drama series. Lee Hyun-Woo plays Kang Han-Kyeol who is a songwriter for entertainment company “SOLE Music N.” Lee Jung-Jin plays Choi Jin-Hyuk who is the CEO of “SOLE Music N.”

Teaser trailer for movie “Okja”

Teaser trailer added for upcoming Bong Joon-Ho directed film “Okja” starring Ahn Seo-Hyun. The film will be released via Netflix and features familiar names like Jake Gyllenhaal, Lily Collins & Tilda Swinton in supporting roles.

“Okja” is scheduled for release June, 2017 in South Korea.

Kim Hee-Chan cast in a supporting role for upcoming MBC drama series “Radiant Office” starring Ko Ah-Sung & Ha Seok-Jin. For drama series “Radiant Office,” Kim Hee-Chan will play Oh Jae. His character is a new employee at the company unlike new temp workers Eun Ho-Won (Ko Ah-Sung), Do Ki-Taek (Lee Dong-Hwi) and Jang Kang-Ho (Hoya).

Mahiro Takasugi cast in live-action film “Principal”

Mahiro Takasugi cast in upcoming live-action film “Principal” co-starring Yuina Kuroshima and Nozomu Kotaki. Movie is based on manga series “Principal” by Ryo Ikuemi and directed by Tetsuo Shinohara.

For live-action film “Principle,” Mahiro Takasugi will play Wao Sakurai. He and Gen Tatebayashi (Nozomu Kotaki) have been friends since they were little and are the two most popular boys in high school. They have totally different personalities with Wao Sakurai being kind and gentle to everyone. The two become interested in new transfer student Shima Sumitomo (Yuina Kuroshima).

“Principal” will be released 2018 in Japan.
