Main trailer added for movie “Sekigahara” starring Junichi Okada, Koji Yakusho & Kasumi Arimura. Movie is based on novel “Sekigahara” by Ryotaro Shiba and directed by Masato Harada. Movie depicts the Battle of Sekigahara which took place in 1600 between forces loyal to Toyotomi Hideyori and Tokugawa Ieyasu.
“Sekigahara” opens August 26, 2017 in Japan.
Zo In-Sung is cast for the lead male role in upcoming period film “Ansi Fortress” (literal title). Movie will be directed by Kim Kwang-Sik. In the upcoming film, Zo In-Sung will play Yang Man-Chun. His character is the lord of Ansi Fortress and commander of Goguryeo troops. The face off against a half million invading Tang forces. Actor Park Bo-Gum is currently considering an offer to play a role in the film.
Filming for “Ansi Fortress” will begin August, 2017.

Movie is based on 2011 novel “Namiya Zakkaten no Kiseki” by Keigo Higashino and directed by Ryuichi Hiroki. Storu for “The Miracles of the Namiya General Store” revolves around a mailbox at a general store that sends letter between the past and present. Teaser trailer #2 also features actual footage from the film for the first time.

Takuya Kimura and Kazunari Ninomiya are cast in new suspense film “Criminal for the Prosecution” (literal title). The movie is based on 2013 novel “Kensatsugawa no Zainin” by Shusuke Shizukui and directed by Masato Harada. Amazingly, the movie marks the first time Takuya Kimura and Kazunari Ninomiya will have worked together. In the upcoming film, both Takuya Kimura and Kazunari Ninomiya will play Tokyo public prosecutors. They work on a case involving the death of a money lender and a suspect who was previously involved in a murder case involving a middle school girl.
Filming for “Criminal for the Prosecution” takes place from July, 2017 to August, 2017 and the movie will be released sometime next year in Japan.
Kento Nagayama and Nao Omori are cast in upcoming TV Tokyo drama series “Izakaya Fuji.” The drama series is based on 2015 novel “Izakaya Fuji” by Keisuke Kuriyama. For the drama series Kento Nagayama will play aspiring actor Eiichi Nishio. One day, Eiichi Nishio walks by the restaurant Izakaya Fuji and recognizes the establishment from social media pictures. He decides to go in and comes across other actors including Nao Omori.
