Yoon Doo-Joon and Baek Jin-Hee cast in tvN drama series “Let’s Eat 3”

Yoon Doo-Joon and Baek Jin-Hee are now cast for the lead roles in tvN sequel drama series “Let’s Eat 3.” For Yoon Doo-Joon, he will reprise his character of Koo Dae-Young from “Let’s Eat” and “Let’s Eat 2.” Meanwhile, Baek Jin-Hee will play new character Lee Ji-Woo. Although she is a small person in stature, she is physically very strong and she has a unique way to make delicious food.

Ep.1 of “Let’s Eat 3” will air July 16, 2018 in South Korea (will air Mondays and Tuesdays at 9:30 PM after the conclusion of drama series “About Time“).

Trailer for movie “Code Blue”

Trailer for movie “Code Blue” starring Tomohisa Yamashita, Yui Aragaki, Erika Toda, Manami Higa and Yosuke Asari. Movie is a sequel to the Fuji TV drama series “Code Blue.” The trailer also features the movie’s theme song which is “Hanabi” by Japanese pop-rock band “Mr.Children.” Lastly Mackenyu Arata, Rino Katase and Kasumi Yamayaare cast in supporting roles for the film and they will play characters that did not appear in any of the Fuji TV drama series versions.

“Code Blue” will be released July 27, 2018 in Japan.

First still images of Suho in MBN drama series “Rich Man”

Here’s the first still images of Suho (‘EXO’) in upcoming MBN drama series “Rich Man” co-starring Ha Yeon-Soo. The drama series is a remake of popular Japanese drama series “Rich Man, Poor Woman” starring Shun Oguri and Satomi Ishihara in the respective lead roles. In the drama series, Suho plays Lee Yoo-Chan. He is the CEO of IT company Next In. He is extremely smart and arrogant. He meets Kim Bo-Ra (Ha Yeon-Soo).

“Rich Man” first airs May 9, 2018 in South Korea.

Fumi Nikaido & Gackt cast in live-action film “Tonde Saitama”

Fumi Nikaido & Gackt are cast in live-action film “Tonde Saitama.” Movie is based on manga series “Tonde Saitama” by Mineo Maya and directed by Hideki Takeuchi (“Nodame Cantabile“/”Thermae Romae“). The film is set in an imaginary, present day Japan where people from Saitama Prefecture are persecuted. For an even trippier twist, Fumi Nikaido will play a boy who looks like a girl.

Filming begins March 21, 2018 and the movie will be released sometime in 2019.
