Ma Dong-Seok cast in sequel film “The Outlaws 2”

According to distributor Kiwi Media Group, sequel film “The Outlaws 2” will be made and Ma Dong-Seok will reprise the lead role of Ma Suk-Do. Kang Yoon-Sung, director and screenwriter of the first “The Outlaws” film, will also return to direct the sequel film. The original “The Outlaws” film was released in October, 2017 and turned into a surprise box-office hit. The film followed a group of neighborhood cops as they tried to take down rival Chinese-Korean ethnic gangs. Screenplay for “The Outlaws 2” is being written now and filming is set to start sometime in mid-2019.

Eri Tokunaga cast in TV Tokyo-Netflix drama series “Love and Fortune”

Eri Tokunaga is cast for the lead role in TV Tokyo-Netflix live-action drama series “Love and Fortune.” The drama series is based on manga “Koi no Tsuki” by Akira Nitta. For “Love and Fortune,” Eri Tokunaga plays 31-year-old Wako Taira. She falls in love with high school student Yumeaki Iko.

“Love and Fortune” first airs July 26, 2018 in Japan and the drama series will be available to stream on Netflix from November 30, 2018.

First script reading for SBS drama series “Thirty But Seventeen”

Frst script reading for SBS drama series “Thirty But Seventeen” took place May 16, 2018 at SBS Studio in Tanhyun, Ilsan, South Korea. Main cast members including Yang Se-JongShin Hye-SunAhn Hyo-SeopYe Ji-WonWang Ji-WonJung Eugene attended the first script reading. The first script reading took approximately 4 hours to finish. After the first script reading, director Jo Soo-Won stated “It’s better after the actual script reading than just the script itself. I think I will spend a hot summer.”

“Thirty But Seventeen” first airs July 23, 2018 in South Korea.

Teaser trailer for SBS drama series “Let Me Introduce Her”

First teaser trailer added for upcoming SBS drama series “Let Me Introduce Her” (English title) starring Nam Sang-Mi, Kim Jae-Won and Jo Hyun-Jae. The teaser starts off with Nam Sang-Mi’s voice over stating  “Have you ever imagined what was my name? Did I have family? Those imaginations because I don’t remember anything. Who I am.” Kim Jae-Won’s voice appears in the 35 second mark and states “I will get your memory back.”

“Let Me Introduce Her” first airs July 14, 2018 in South Korea (takes over SBS’ Saturday 9PM time slot after “Secret Mother“).

First still images of Seohyun in MBC drama series “Time”

Here’s the first still images of Seohyun in MBC drama series “Time” co-starring Kim Jung-Hyun. The still images were taken on Seohyun’s first day of filming for the drama series which took place at Le Cordon Bleu in Soakmyugn Women’s University on May 7, 2018. Setup for the scene has Seol Ji-Hyun (Seohyun) taking a performance test by a franchise restaurant headquarters.
