First teaser trailer for Netflix drama “Hellbound”

First teaser trailer added for Netflix drama series “Hellbound” starring Yoo Ah-In, Park Jung-Min, & Kim Hyun-Joo. Drama series is based on webcomic “Jiok” by Yeon Sang-Ho (“Train To Busan“) and also directed by him.

The first teaser trailer begins with Yoo Ah-In stating that an angel and prophesies appears. The angel tells the name of the person who hears the prophecy and states “You will die that day and that time and you will go to Hell.”

Release date for “Hellbound” has not yet been revealed.

Yoon Si-Yoon offered role in KBS2 drama “The Present Is Beautiful”

Yoon Si-Yoon has been offered the lead male role in KBS2 drama series “The Present Is Beautiful” (literal title). Currently, Yoon Si-Yoon is “positively considering” the offer. If he accepts, Yoon Si-Yoon will play divorce attorney Lee Hyun-Jae. The Korean title of the drama series “Hyunjaeneun Areumdawo” can be translated literally as “The Present Is Beautiful” or “Hyun-Jae is Beautiful” (which contain’s the lead male character’s name).

“The Present Is Beautiful” will first air sometime next year in South Korea.

First teaser video added for movie “Tang” starring Kazunari Ninomiya. The movie is based on novel “A Robot in the Garden” by British author Deborah Install and directed by Takahiro Miki (“Solanin“). Above and below are promotional visuals for the upcoming movie. Caption on the visual above states “Tang. Missing child who lost its memory.”

“Tang” will be released summer, 2022 in Japan.

Teaser trailer #2 for tVN drama “Yumi’s Cells”

Teaser trailer #2 added for tVN drama series “Yumi’s Cells” starring Kim Go-Eun & Ahn Bo-Hyun. The teaser begins with Ahn Bo-Hyun asking “It’s still early in the evening. Do you want a cup of coffee?” Kim Go-Eun later responds “Yes. It is early in the evening. I will have coffee.” Afterwards, cells in Yu-Mi’s (Kim Go-Eun) brain begin to talk. Below are still images of Kim Go-Eun and Ahn Bo-Hyun. The still images are from a scene where their characters meet for the first time.

“Yumi’s Cells” first airs September 17, 2021 in South Korea.

Lee Sung-Kyung and Kim Young-Dae are cast in tvN drama series “Shooting Star” (literal title). The drama series will be directed by Lee Soo-Hyun (“The Witch’s Diner“/”Awaken“). Drama series “Shooting Star” is a romantic-comedy with Lee Sung-Kyung playing Oh Han-Byeol. She works for the PR team of a talent agency. Kim Young-Dae will play Gong Tae-Sung. He is the top actor at the talent agency.

Filming for “Shooting Star” will begin late, September, 2021.

The film is third installment in the “The Confidence Man JP” franchise, all of which follows original 2018 Fuji TV drama series “The Confidence Man JP.” Masami Nagasawa, Masahiro Higashide and Fumiyo Kohinata will reprise their respective characters of Dako, Boku-chan, and Richard.

“The Confidence Man JP: Episode of the Hero” will be released sometime next year in Japan.

Sadao Abe and Kenshi Okada are cast in movie “Sickness That Leads To The Death Penalty” (literal title). The film is based on 2017 novel “Shikei ni Itaru Yamai” by Riu Kushiki and directed by Kazuya Shiraishi (“The Devil’s Path“). Sadao Abe will play a convicted serial killer on death row, while Kenshi Okada will play a college student who receives a letter from the serial killer.
