Ryunosuke Kamiki is cast in WOWOW drama series “Ryunosuke Kamiki’s Filming Break.” The drama series follows “Kasumi Arimura’s Filming Break” and “Ryoma Takeuchi’s Filming Break” which aired on WOWOW in 2020. The format of the drama series follows a famous actor who spends time away from filming to go on a holiday.

Lim Soo-Hyang & Sung Hoon cast in drama “From Today We Are”

Lim Soo-Hyang & Sung Hoon are cast for lead roles in new drama series “From Today We Are” (literal title of “Oneulbuteo Woorineun”). Also cast in the drama series are Shin Dong-Wook & Hong Ji-Yoon. The drama series is a remake of U.S. television series “Jane the Virgin,” that aired on The CW from 2014 to 2019. In “From Today We Are,” Lim Soo-Hyang will play lead female character Oh Woo-Ri. She hopes to keep her virginity until she marries, but she gets accidentally pregnant due to an accidental artificial insemination by a doctor. Sung Hoon will play Raphael. He is the biological father of Oh Woo-Ri’s baby.

Air date and exact network for the drama series has not yet been decided.

Lee Joon-Gi, Lee Kyoung-Young, & Kim Ji-Eun cast in SBS drama “Again My life”

Lee Joon-Gi, Lee Kyoung-Young, and Kim Ji-Eun are cast in SBS drama series “Again My life.” The drama series is based on novel series “Again My life” by Lee Hae-Nal. Lee Joon-Gi will play the lead role of Prosecutor Kim Hee-Woo. His character dies, but comes back to life. Meanwhile, Lee Kyoung-Young and Kim Ji-Eun are currently appearing together in MBC drama series “The Veil.”

“Again My life” will air sometime during the first half of 2022 in South Korea.

Teaser trailer #3 for KBS2 drama series “The King’s Affection”

New teaser trailer #3 added for KBS2 drama series “The King’s Affection” starring Park Eun-Bin & Ro Woon. The drama series will also stream on Netflix, immediately after it airs on KBS2. The teaser trailer begins with someone asking “Have you heard of Dongbingo?” Dongbingo means “ice storage in the east” (term used during Joseon period) and is also the nickname of Crown Prince Lee Hwi’s (Park Eun-Bin). The teaser also shows that Crown Prince Lee Hwi doesn’t let people come within 5 steps, because he is actually a woman disguised as a man. The first moment that Lee Hwi and Jung Ji-Woon (Ro Woon) meet is also shown.

“The King’s Affection” will first air October 11, 2021 in South Korea.
