Yeo Jin-Goo is cast in upcoming movie “1987” (Korean title) starring Kim Yun-Seok, Ha Jung-Woo, Gang Dong-Won & Kim Tae-Ri. The film reunites Yeo Jin-Goo, Kim Yun-Seok and director Jang Joon-Hwan. The trio previously worked together in 2013 film “Hwayi: A Monster Boy.”
Rain & Kang So-Ra are now cast in biopic film “Uhm Bok-Dong” (Korean title). In the upcoming film, Rain will play main character Uhm Bok-Dong. He was a cyclists that competed during the Japanese colonial era in Korea. Kang So-Ra will play the lead female role.

Hyeri (‘Girl’s Day’) and Kim Min-Suk are cast in new movie “Strange Object” (literal title) starring Kim Myung-Min. In the film, Hyeri will play the lead female character. Her character is the daughter of the character played by Kim Myung-Min. Kim Min-Suk will play a counterpart to Hyeri’s character. Movie will be directed by Huh Jong-Ho and set in a historical times.
Filming for “Strange Object” begins April, 2017 in South Korea.
Lee Je-Hoon & Na Moon-Hee are cast in new movie “I Can Speak.” The film will be directed by Kim Hyun-Seok (“Cyrano Agency“). In the upcoming movie, Lee Je-Hoon plays low-level civil servant employee Park Min-Jae. He is flooded with complaints filed by elderly woman Na Ok-Boon played Na Moon-Hee. Na Ok-Boon is the type that feels she should be compensated whenever she is wronged. Somehow, Park Min-Jae begins giving English lessons to Na Moon-Hee.
Filming for “I Can Speak” begins at the end of this month.
Ji Hyun-Woo has been offered the lead male role in upcoming MBC drama series “Bad Thief, Good Thief” co-starring Seohyun (‘Girls’ Generation’). Currently, Ji Hyun-Woo is considering the offer positively.

Movie follows the path of “Detective K” with a historical backdrop and a detective and his sidekick investigating cases. This time around the detective played by Lee Sun-Kyun is actually the King, who likes to moonlight as a detective in his free time, and his sidekick is record keeper Yoon Yi-Seo played by Ahn Jae-Hong.

Kang Ha-Neul and Kim Moo-Yul are cast in new movie “Night of Memory” (literal title). The film is directed by Jang Hang-Jun. In the movie, Kang Ha-Neul and Kim Moo-Yul will play brothers. The older brother, played by Kim Moo-Yul, is kidnapped, but he returns 19 days later. It’s like he’s become a different person and his younger brother attempts to find out the truth behind his disappearance. Filming for “Night of Memory” began March 11, 2017.
