Date announcement teaser trailer added for Netflix sequel drama series “Hellbound 2” starring Kim Hyun-Joo, Kim Sung-Cheol, & Kim Shin-Rok. The drama series follows 2021 Netflix drama series “Hellbound” with actor Kim Sung-Cheol replacing Yoo Ah-In as cult group leader Jung Jin-Soo. Yoo Ah-In is currently serving a 1 year prison sentence for drug use.
The teaser trailer reveals that “Hellbound 2” will be available to stream from October 25, 2024.

Main trailer added for TVING drama series “Dongjae, the Good or the Bastard” starring Lee Joon-Hyuk. Drama series is a spin-off 2017 tvN drama series “Stranger” and 2020 tvN drama series “Stranger 2” with Prosecutor Seo Dong-Jae (Lee Joon-Hyuk) becoming the focal point of the series. Roh Jeong-Eui, Lee Chae-Min, & Jo Joon-Young are cast in MBC drama series “Bunny and Brothers” (literal title). The drama series is based on popular webcomic “Bunnywa Obbadeul” by Ni Eun. Setup for the romantic-comedy drama series will have Roh Jeong-Eui play university student Ban Hee-Jin. She is better known by her nickname Bunny. Lee Chae-Min and Jo Joon-Young will play university students who approach her.
“Bunny and Brothers” will first air sometime during the first half of next year in South Korea.

Jeon So-Nee, Lee Yoo-Mi, Jang Seung-Jo, and Lee Mu-Saeng are cast in Netflix drama series “You Killed” (literal title). The drama series is based on Japanese novel “Naomi to Kanako” by Hideo Okuda (“South Bound“), which was previously made into 2016 Fuji TV drama series “Naomi & Kanako” starring Ryoko Hirosue and Yuki Uchida. For “You Killed,” Jeon So-Nee and Lee Yoo-Mi play two women who decide to commit murder. Lee Yoo-Mi will play Hee-Soo who is married to a violent man played by Jang Seung-Jo. The husband is the target of the two women.

Park Hyung-Sik & Heo Jun-Ho are cast in SBS drama series “Treasure Island” (literal title). The drama series is scripted by Lee Myung-Hee (“Money Flower“) and directed by Jin Chang-Gyu (“Military Prosecutor Doberman“). In “Treasure Island,” Park Hyung-Sik will play Seo Dong-Joo. He is an ambitious employee for a large corporation. Heo Jun-Ho will play Yeom Jang-Sun. He has firm control over the political world.
“Treasure Island” will air sometime next year in South Korea.

Song Kang-Ho is cast in drama series “Inside Men” (working title). The drama series is based on webcomic “Naeboojadeul” by Yoon Tae-Ho (“Moss“), which was previously made into 2015 movie “Inside Men” starring Lee Byung-Hun, Cho Seung-Woo, & Baek Yoon-Sik. For the drama series version of “Inside Men,” Song Kang-Ho will play newspaper editor Lee Gang-Hee. That character was played by Baek Yoon-Sik in the movie version. The screenplay for the drama series version is set during the 1980’s – 1990’s and will give a more detailed and closer view of the characters shown in the movie version.
Pre-production for the drama series is currently underway now and filming is expected to start in 2025. Broadcast network/platform has not yet been decided.
