Ep.1 air date set for tvN drama series “Hospital Playlist 2”

Ep.1 air date for tvN drama series “Hospital Playlist 2,” starring Cho Jung-Seok, Yoo Yeon-Seok, Jung Kyoung-Ho, Kim Dae-Myung, & Jeon Mi-Do, is now set for June 17, 2021 in South Korea. Meanwhile, photos above and below are from the first script reading which took place January, 2021. Along with the five lead actors, Kim Hae-Sook, Jung Moon-Sung, Shin Hyun-Bin, Kwak Sun-Young, Ahn Eun-Jin, Moon Tae-Yoo, Choi Young-Joon and Ha Yoon-Kyung also attended the first script reading. “Hospital Playlist 2” is a sequel to 2020 tvN drama series “Hospital Playlist.”

Ji Chang-Wook, Choi Sung-Eun, & Hwang In-Yeop cast in Netflix drama “The Sound of Magic”

Ji Chang-Wook, Choi Sung-Eun, and Hwang In-Yeop are cast in Netflix drama series “The Sound of Magic.” The drama series is based on 2010 webcomic “Annarasumanara” by Ha Il-Kwon and will be directed by Kim Sung-Yoon (“Itaewon Class“). Ji Chang-Wook will play mysterious magician Lee-Eul. He lives in an abandoned amusement park. Choi Sung-Eun, who most recently starred in JTBC drama series “Beyond Evil,” will play high school student Yoon A-Yi. Hwang In-Yeop will play high school student Na Il-Deung. He is classmates with Yoon A-Yi.

“The Sound of Magic” will be available to stream worldwide on Netflix, but release date has not yet been revealed.

Teaser trailer and poster for Netflix drama “Move To Heaven”

Teaser trailer and poster added for Netflix drama series “Move To Heaven” starring Lee Je-Hoon & Tang Joon-Sang. The teaser trailer begins with Tang Joon-Sang stating “I am Han Geu-Roo, who arranges articles left by deceased people. From now on, I am going to start the last move.” Caption on the teaser poster states “I am a person who arranges articles left by the deceased.”

“Move To Heaven” will stream on Netflix from May 14, 2021.

Kim Min-Jae & Park Gyu-Young cast in KBS2 drama “Dal-Ri and Gamjatang”

Kim Min-Jae and Park Gyu-Young are cast for lead roles in KBS2 drama series “Dal-Ri and Gamjatang” (literal title). The drama series is a romantic-comedy, with Kim Min-Jae playing Jin Moo-Hak. His family runs a global restaurant franchise, that started with a gamjatang restaurant. Gamjatang is a Korean stew, featuring pork bone & potatoes. Park Gyu-Young will play Kim Dal-Ri. She comes from a prestigious background. Filming for the drama series will begin this month and the first script reading took place. recently.

“Dal-Ri and Gamjatang” will first air sometime in the second half of this year in South Korea.

Teaser trailer 2 for KBS2 drama “Youth of May”

Teaser trailer 2 added for KBS2 drama series “Youth of May” (literal title) starring Lee Do-Hyun & Go Min-Si. Teaser trailer 2 shows Hwang Hee-Tae (Lee Do-Hyun) writing a postcard to Kim Myung-Hee (Go Min-Si). The postcard states “When I think of you, it turns into music. There is a song that I want to play for you. At night on May 3rd, I will wait there,” while Kim Myung-Hee reads the postcard with a smile on his face. Gunfire then erupts.

“Youth of May” will first air May 3, 2021 in South Korea.

Yoon Kye-Sang cast in drama “Crime Puzzle”

Yoon Kye-Sang is cast in drama series “Crime Puzzle.” Around April, 2020, Park Hae-Jin was first announced to play the lead male role, but he has since dropped out of the drama series for unstated reasons. Yoon Kye-Sang will now play the lead male character role of Han Seung-Min. He was once a popular professor at the police university and well known forensic psychologist, but he is now serving a life sentence in prison. The drama series is based on webcomic “Crime Puzzle” by Meen.

“Crime Puzzle” is tentatively scheduled to air in the second half of this year. The drama series was originally scheduled to air sometime in the second half of last year.

JR cast in drama “I Will Be Your Night”

JR (NU’EST) is cast in drama series “I Will Be Your Night” (literal title). JR is set to make his drama series acting debut and will play supporting character Lee Shin. His character is a member of idol group LUNA and plays the bass. He seems free spirited, but he devotes himself to a woman in love. The drama series revolves around a member of the idol group who suffers from sleepwalking.

Filming for “I Will Be Your Night” will begin May, 2021 and the drama series will air sometime in the second half of this year.

Ep.1 air date for MBC drama “Got A Goal”

Ep.1 air date for MBC drama series “Got A Goal,” starring Kim Hwan-Hee & Ryu Soo-Young, is now set for May 19, 2021 in South Korea. The drama series will move into MBC’s Wednesday & Thursday 9:20 PM time slot after “Oh! Master” and will consist of 4 total episodes. The script revolves around 19-year-old Lee So-Hyun (Kim Hwan-Hee). She dreams of getting revenge on people she believes is responsible for her misery and her first target is her own father.
