First teaser trailer for JTBC drama “Thirty Nine”

First teaser trailer added for JTBC drama series “Thirty Nine” starring Son Ye-Jin, Jeon Mi-Do, and Kim Ji-Hyun. As the title hints, the drama series follow three females friends who are all 39 years old. Teaser trailer & poster for movie “Haw”

Teaser trailer and poster added for movie “Haw.” The film is based on upcoming novel “Haw” by screenwriter Hiroshi Saito (“The Miracles of the Namiya General Store“) and is based on his own experience with his puppy. The movie is directed by Isshin Inudo (no stranger to animal films as he previously directed “All About My Dog,” “Goo Goo, The Cat,” and “The Cat in Their Arms“). Caption on the teaser poster asks “Where are you from?”

“Haw” will be released sometime this summer in Japan.

Ahn Eun-JinYoo Ah-InJeon Sung-Woo, and Kim Yoon-Hye are cast in Netflix drama series “Goodbye Earth.” The drama series will be directed by Kim Jin-Min (“My Name“) and scripted by Jung Sung-Joo (“Heard It Through the Grapevine“). The drama series is set around the premise of an approaching asteroid that will destroy the world in approximately 200 days.

“Goodbye Earth” release date has not yet been revealed.

Kim Woo-BinEsom, and Kang You-Seok are cast in Netflix drama series “Black Knight.” The drama series is based on webcomic “Taekbaegisa” by Lee Yoon-Kyun and directed by Cho Ui-Seok. Director Cho Ui-Seok and actor Kim Woo-Bin previously worked together for 2016 movie “Master.” The drama series is set in a dystopian future, where people rarely leave their homes due to air pollution. Society has come to rely on delivery drivers known as knights to receive basic supplies.

Streaming date for “Black Knight” has not yet been announced.

Lee Sang-Yeob cast in tvN drama “Eve”

Lee Sang-Yeob is cast in tvN drama series “Eve” co-starring Seo Yea-Ji. Lee Sang-Yeob will play lead male character Seo Eun-Pyeong. He helps Lee La-El (Seo Yea-Ji) take revenge on a person who destroyed her family. Seo Eun-Pyeong is now the youngest member of the national assembly.

“Eve” first airs sometime during the first half of this year in South Korea.

Park Se-Wan and Song Geon-Hee are cast in Watcha drama series “Ultimate Weapon Alice” (literal title). Also cast for supporting roles in the drama series are Kim Sung-OhKim Tae-HoonJung Seung-Gil, and Cha Joo-Young. For those outside of the South Korean market, Watcha is a mostly South Korean OTT service provider that streams movies and drama series. The drama series will have Park Se-Wan playing a high school student, who is also a killer.

“Ultimate Weapon Alice” will be available to stream sometime during the first half of this year.

English subtitled teaser trailer 2 added for Netflix drama series “All of Us Are Dead” starring Park Ji-Hoo, Yoon Chan-Young, & Cho Yi-Hyun. The drama series is based on webcomic “Jigeum Woori Hakkyoneun” by Joo Dong-Geun and set at a high school where high school students are trapped by a zombie outbreak. Above and below are still images of Park Ji-Hoo, Yoon Chan-Young, Cho Yi-Hyun, Park Solomon, Yoo In-Soo, and Lee Yoo-Mi in the drama series. They all play high school students at Hyosan High School where the zombie virus breaks out.
