Teaser poster for movie “The Sword: Rebirth of the Red Wolf”

First teaser poster added for Korean movie “The Sword: Rebirth of the Red Wolf” starring Park Bo-Gum. The teaser poster features a closeup shot of Park Bo-Gum as Chil-Seong. Set around the year 668, Chil-Seong loses his memory and becomes a slave to eventually take part in a gladiator tournament. Movie is directed by Kim Han-Min (“Roaring Currents“).

Filming for “The Sword: Rebirth of the Red Wolf” began March 2026 and is ongoing now. The movie will be released sometime during summer 2027.

Main cast for movie “Sword: The Sword of Godumakhan”

Park Bo-Gum, Joo Won, Jung Jae-Young, Lee Sun-Bin, and Bibi are cast in historical action film “Sword: The Sword of Godumakhan” (literal title). The movie will be directed by Kim Han-Min (“Roaring Currents“). Story for “Sword: The Sword of Godumakhan” is set in the year 668, right after the fall of Goguryeo. Park Bo-Gum will play Chil-Seong, who lost his memory and takes part in a gladiator tournament. His rival in the tournament is Kyepil Ha-Ryeok played by Joo Won.

“Sword: The Sword of Godumakhan” is planned for release summer, 2027 in South Korea.

Teaser poster & air date set for JTBC drama “Good Boy”

Teaser poster and ep.1 air date set for JTBC drama series “Good Boy” starring Park Bo-Gum & Kim So-Hyun. The teaser poster features Park Bo-Gum as Yoon Dong-Joo. His character is a former Olympic boxer and he now works as a police officer. To play his role of Yoon Dong-Joo, Park Bo-Gum went through strength training and boxing lessons for over 6 months.

“Good Boy” is now set to first air May 31, 2025 in South Korea (takes over JTBC’s Saturday and Sunday 10:40 PM time slot after “Heavenly Ever After“).

Park Bo-Gum & Kim So-Hyun are cast in JTBC drama series “Good Boy.” The drama series features an original screenplay by Lee Dae-II (“Bring it on, Ghost“) and directed by Sim Na-Yeon (“Beyond Evil“). The script features a mixture of comedy, action, and police investigation. Park Bo-Gum and Kim So-Hyun will both play former Olympic gold medalists who become police officers.

“Good Boy” will air sometime in the second half of this year in South Korea.

IU & Park Bo-Gum cast in drama “Thank You for Your Hard Work”

IU & Park Bo-Gum are cast in drama series “Thank You for Your Hard Work” (literal title). The drama series is scripted by Im Sang-Choon (“When the Camellia Blooms“) and directed by Kim Won-Suk (“My Mister“). The story follows two characters who were born in the 1950’s on Jeju Island. IU will play Ae-Soon and Park Bo-Gum will play Gwan-Sik.

“Thank You for Your Hard Work” is produced as a pre-production and filming will start sometime during the first half of this year. Air dates and broadcast network has not yet been decided.
