The new drama series will be directed by Lee Chang-Min (“Welcome to Waikiki“) and scripted by Myung Soo-Hyun (“A Poem A Day“). For the drama series, Jung So-Min will play Monthly House magazine editor Na Young-Won and Kim Ji-Suk will play Monthly House magazine CEO Yoo Ja-Sung.

First script reading for KBS2 drama series “Soul Repairer” (literal title), starring Shin Ha-Kyun and Jung So-Min, took place December, 2019 at KBS Annex Broadcasting Station in Yeouido, South Korea. Along with director Yoo Hyun-Ki and screenwriter Lee Hyang-Hee, main cast members that attended the first script reading included Shin Ha-Kyun, Jung So-Min, Tae In-Ho, Park Ye-Jin, Joo Min-Kyung, Jo Kyung-Sook, Park Soo-Young, Jung Hae-Kyun, Choi Jung-Woo, and Park Hyun-Suk. The first script reading took about 5 hours to complete.
