Jun Shison cast in NTV live-action drama series “Dolmen X” and live-action film “Dolmen X”

Jun Shison is cast for the lead role in new NTV live-action drama series “Dolmen X” and upcoming live-action film “Dolmen X.” Also cast in major supporting roles are Koudai Asaka, Yuuki Ogoe, Tina Tamashiro, Arata Horii, Ren Kiriyama and Yoshimi Tokui. Both the drama series and movie are based on manga series “Dolmen X” by Yuna Takagi. The movie version will include more scenes of the alien group 15 years after the drama series.

Jun Shison, Koudai Asaka, Yuuki Ogoe, Tina Tamashiro and Arata Horii will play aliens who want to invade Earth without having war. They decide to become an idol group to help accomplish their goal. The idol group is named “Dolmen X.” Ren Kiriyama will play actor Shugo Sanemitsu and Yoshimi Tokui will play an entertainment company president.

NTV drama series “Dolmen X” will first air March 10, 2018 and the live-action film version will be released sometime later year in Japan..

Jun Shison cast in movie “Hashire! T Ko Basuketto Bu”

Jun Shison cast in movie “Hashire! T Ko Basuketto Bu.” The film is based on 2007 novel “Hashire! T Ko Basuketto Bu” by Hiroshi Matsuzaki and Takeshi Furusawa (“Love and Lies“) will direct the film. For movie “Hashire! T Ko Basuketto Bu,” Jun Shison will play high school student Yoichi Tadokoro. He’s good at basketball, but he gets bullied at his private high school and transfers to a school named “T School.” Yoichi Tadokoro plays on his new school’s basketball team as they will eventually play his old private high school team. To prepare to play Yoichi Tadokoro, Jun Shison received training from former basketball player Keishi Handa for 3 months.

“Hashire! T Ko Basuketto Bu” will be released autumn, 2018 in Japan.

Jun Shison cast in NHK drama series “Life As a Girl”

Jun Shison is cast in NHK drama series “Life As a Girl.” The drama series is based on 2016 novel “Joshi teki Seikatsu” by Tsukasa Sakaki. For the drama series Jun Shison will play Miki Ogawa. His character is a transgender person, now living as a woman. The 4 episode drama series will be scripted by Riko Sakaguchi and directed by Shinzo Nitta. Also cast in supporting roles are Keita Machida, Shiori Tamai (‘Momoiro Clover Z’), Hyunri and Fuka Koshiba.

“Life As a Girl” first airs January 5, 2018 in Japan.

Teaser trailer for live-action film “Anonymous Noise”

Teaser trailer added for upcoming live-action film “Anonymous Noise” (literal title) starring Ayami Nakajo, Jun Shison and Yuta Koseki. The teaser trailer features ending theme song “Find You” by rock band Man with a Mission. The group consists of 5 members: Tokyo Tanaka, Jean-Ken Johnny, Kamikaze Boy, DJ Santa Monica and Spear Rib. Movie “Anonymous Noise” is based on manga series “Fukumenkei Noizu” by Ryoko Fukuyama.

“Anonymous Noise” opens November 25, 2017 in Japan.

Trailer added for live-action film “Teiichi no Kuni The Movie” starring Masaki Suda. Movie is based on manga series “Teiichi no Kuni” by Usamaru Furuya and directed by Akira Nagai (“Judge!“/”If Cats Disappeared From the World“). Live-action film “Teiichi no Kuni The Movie,” follows Teiichi Akaba (Masaki Suda) as he vies to become the student president of a prestigious private high school.

Erina Mano, Hayato Isomura and Yosuke Sugino cast in live-action film “Anonymous Noise”

Erina Mano, Hayato Isomura and Yosuke Sugino are cast in live-action film “Anonymous Noise” starring Ayami Nakajo & Jun Shison. Movie is based on manga series “Fukumenkei Noizu” by Ryoko Fukuyama and directed by Koichiro Miki.

For live-action film “Anonymous Noise,” Erina Mano will play Mio Suguri. Her character is the vocalist for music group “in No hurry to shout” and she has feelings for Yuzu (Jun Shison). After Nino (Ayami Nakajo) appears, Mio decides to quit the band.

Meanwhile, Hayato Isomura will play Ayumi Kurose (nickname “Kuro”). He is the drummer for  “in No hurry to shout.” Yosuke Sugino will play Yoshito Haruno (nickname “Haruyoshi”). He is the bassist for “in No hurry to shout” and has feelings Mio.

“Anonymous Noise” will be released November 25, 2017 in Japan.

Jun Shison and Yuta Koseki cast in live-action film “Anonymous Noise”

Jun Shison and Yuta Koseki are cast in upcoming live-action film “Anonymous Noise” starring Ayami Nakajo. Both actors will play characters involved in a love triangle with Nino Arisugawa (Ayami Nakajo).

In live-action film “Anonymous Noise,” Jun Shison will play Kanade Yuzuriha. He holds special feelings for Nino Arisugawa. Yuta Koseki will play Momo Sakaki. He is the first love of Nino Arisugawa. “Anonymous Noise” is based on manga series “Fukumenkei Noizu” by Ryoko Fukuyama.

“Anonymous Noise” will be released autumn, 2017 in Japan.
