Movie is based on 2016 novel “Makuko” by Kanako Nishi (“Yellow Elephant“) and directed by Keiko Tsuruoka. The film follows a young 5th grader Satoshi (Hikaru Yamazaki) as his life changes when a beautiful young girl (Ninon) enters his life. She has a big secret though.

Trailer for movie “JK Rock” starring Shodai Fukuyama and Ryosuke Yamamoto. Movie is directed by Shunji Muguruma. The film follows rock group JoKers who broke up 1 year earlier. Members of the band attempt to reunite, but they need their singer Jyo Kaieda (Shodai Fukuyama) to become inspired by music again.

The movie revolves around an elderly father (Tsutomu Yamazaki) who has Alzheimer and his wife (Chieko Matsubara) and daughters (Yu Aoi and Yuko Takeuchi). The film is based on 2015 novel “Nagai Owakare” by Kyoko Nakajima (“The Little House“) and directed by Ryota Nakano (“Her Love Boils Bathwater“). Hidetoshi Nishijima & Seiyo Uchino are cast in live-action TV Tokyo drama series “What Did You Eat Yesterday?” The drama series is based on manga series “Kinou Nani Tabeta?” by Fumi Yoshinaga (“Antique“/”Ooku: The Inner Chamber“). In the drama series Hidetoshi Nishijima will play attorney Shiro Kakei and Seiyo Uchino will play hairdresser Kenji Yabuki. The two men are a gay couple, but only Kenji Yabuki has come out about his sexuality.

The two teaser trailers are variations of actress Oh Yoon-Seo (Yoo In-Na) first working for attorney Kwon Jung-Rok (Lee Dong-Wook) as his secretary. She is training for a part in upcoming drama series.

English subtitled trailer added for upcoming movie “Innocent Witness” (English title) starring Jung Woo-Sung and Kim Hyang-Gi. Movie is directed by Lee Han (“Punch“). The film has Jung Woo-Sung playing an attorney who learns only one girl (Kim Hyang-Gi) is a witness to a murder that his client is imprisoned for. The girl has autism though.

Yuriko Yoshitaka is cast for the lead role new TBS drama series “No Working After Hours.” The drama series is based on novel “Watashi, Teiji de Kaerimasu” by Kaeruko Akeno. Also cast in supporting roles are Osamu Mukai, Tokio Emoto, Yuki Izumisawa, Kavka Shishido, Yuki Uchida and Yusuke Santamaria. For drama series “No Working After Hours,” Yuriko Yoshitaka will play Yui Higashiyama. Her character absolutely hates working overtime and workaholics in general. Trouble brews for her when a new department head works at her company.

First script reading for upcoming MBC drama series “Special Labor Inspector Jo Jang-Poong” took place early January, 2019 in South Korea. At the first script reading, main cast members including Kim Dong-Wook, Park Se-Young, Kim Kyung-Nam, Seol In-A, Oh Dae-Hwan, Song Ok-Suk, Lee Won-Jong and Kim Hong-Fa attended. The drama series has Kim Dong-Wook playing Jo Jin-Gab. He works as a labor inspector for the government. Park Se-Young plays Joo Mi-Ran. She is a detective and ex-wife of Jo Jin-Gab. Kim Kyung-Nam will play Cheon Deok-Koo. He is an assistant to Jo Jin-Gab and his former student.
