Um Tae-Goo, Cheon Ho-Jin & Esom cast in OCN drama series “Save Me 2”

Um Tae-Goo, Cheon Ho-Jin and Esom are cast for lead roles in OCN drama series “Save Me 2.” The drama series is a sequel to 2017 OCN drama series “Save Me,” but appears to have new characters and new script. Screenplay for “Save Me 2” will be set in the town of Wolchoori after the town is designated as an area to be submerged. Um Tae-Goo will play Kim Min-Cheol who returns to his hometown of Wolchoori. Esom will play Kim Min-Cheol’s younger sister Kim Young-Sun. Cheon Ho-Jin will play Choi Kyung-Seok. He is a stranger that comes to Wolchoori and attempts to start a religious group.

“Save Me 2” first airs May, 2019 in South Korea.

First script reading for tvN drama series “WWW”

First script reading tvN drama series “WWW” took place February 22, 2019 in Sangamdong, Seoul, South Korea. Main cast members including Lim Soo-Jung, Chang Ki-Yong, Lee Da-Hee, Jeon Hye-Jin, Ji Seung-Hyun, Lee Jae-Wook and Ye Soo-Jung attended. The script for “WWW” is set at an internet portal company and follows the story of women that work there.

“WWW” will air sometime during the first half of this year in South Korea.

Character posters and new teaser trailers for tvN drama series “Confession”

Character posters and teaser trailers #8 & #9 added for tvN drama series “Confession” starring Lee Joon-Ho and Yoo Jae-Myung. The character posters are of Lee Joon-Ho as Choi Do-Hyun, Yoo Jae-Myung as Ki Choon-Ho, Shin Hyun-Bin as Ha Yoo-Ri and Nam Gi-Ae as Madame Jin. Caption on Lee Joon-Ho’s poster asks in Korean “Is the verdict important? Is the truth important?” Yoo Jae-Myung’s poster states “Regardless of the verdict … I am sure that man is the murderer.” Shin Hyun-Bin’s poster states “Reporter who revealed the truth, risking life? I thought that was someone else’s story.” Lastly, Nam Gi-Ae’s poster states “You will need me, lawyer.”

“Confession” first airs March 23, 2019 in South KOrea.

Two teaser posters and release date added for movie “Hotel by the River”

Here’s two teaser posters for upcoming movie “Hotel by the River” starring Ki Joo-Bong, Kim Min-Hee and Song Seon-Mi. Movie is the latest film written and directed by Hong Sang-Soo. “Hotel by the River” had its world premiere last year at the 71st Locarno Film Festival and Ki Joo-Bong received the “Golden Leopard for Best Actor” award at that film festival.

“Hotel by the River” is now set for release March 27, 2019 in South Korea

Teaser trailer for tvN drama series “Her Private Life”

First teaser trailer added for tvN drama series “Her Private Life” starring Park Min-Young and Kim Jae-Wook. The teaser trailer shows Park Min-Young as Sung Deok-Mi and Kim Jae-Wook as Ryan. After Park Min-Young snaps photos from a rooftop she states in Korean “As expected, deokjil relies on equipment.” Kim Jae-Wook as Ryan then asks “Deokjil?” The Korean slang word “Deokjil” refers to obsessed fans who go to extremes for their favorite artists, groups or teams. In her private life, Park Min-Young’s character in the drama series is obsessed over an idol group member.

“Her Private Life” first airs April 10, 2019.
