Kim So-Yeon & Kim Ji-Suk are cast in JTBC drama series “Rediscovery of Love” (literal title). Actor Yoon Hyun-Min and actress Hwang Woo Seul Hye are also cast for major supporting character roles. The office human melodrama screenplay is scripted by Kim Young-In (“Love Is Drop by Drop“) and directed by Lee Dong-Yoon (“Race“). The backdrop of the drama series will be set at a hotel, where Kim So-Yeon as Jang Ha-Kyeong works in the VIP club lounge and Kim Ji-Suk as Lee Dong-Jin works in the marketing department. They are also ex-spouses and begin to live together again.
“Rediscovery of Love” will air sometime in the second half of this year in South Korea.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Jang Ha-Kyeong (Kim So-Yeon) worked in the VIP club lounge of a luxury hotel, but her career was interrupted by her marriage to Lee Dong-Jin (Kim Ji-Suk) and child-rearing. She then lost herself, overwhelmed by her rules as a wife, mom, and daughter-in-law. She was no longer happy with her life and she made the decision to ask for a divorce from Lee Dong-Jin. She then returned to work in the hotel industry.
One year later, due to an incident, Jang Ha-Kyeong and her ex-husband Lee Dong-Jin begin to work at the same hotel. Jang Ha-Kyeong works as a contract staff member in the VIP club lounge and Lee Dong-Jin works as a deputy manager in the hotel marketing department. They also begin to live together. Their hidden wounds and true feelings gradually come to light.
