Song Kang-Ho & Lee Byung-Hun cast in movie “Emergency Declaration”

Song Kang-Ho and Lee Byung-Hun are cast in movie “Emergency Declaration” (literal title). The film will deal with an airplane that must declare an emergency and do an emergency landing. Movie will be directed by Han Jae-Rim. He has previously worked with Song Kang-Ho in 2007 movie “The Show Must Go On” and 2013 movie “The Face Reader.” This is the first time Han Jae-Rim and Lee Byung-Hun will work together. Filming for the movie will take sometime in the first half of 2020.

Teaser trailer #1 and teaser posters added for romance film “The Most Common Date” (literal title) starring Kim Rae-Won and Kong Hyo-Jin. Movie is written and directed by first time feature film director Kim Han-Gyul. Caption on Kong Kyo-Jin’s teaser poster below asks in Korean “Is it going to be different with you?” and caption on Kim Rae-Won’s teaser poster asks “Is it difficult only to me?”

“The Most Common Date” is now slotted for release sometime this October in South Korea.

Cha Seung-Won, Kim Sung-Kyun & Lee Kwang-Soo cast in movie “Sinkhole”

Cha Seung-Won, Kim Sung-Kyun and Lee Kwang-Soo are cast in disaster-comedy film “Sinkhole” (working title). The film will be directed by Kim Ji-Hoon (“Sector 7“/”The Tower“). The film will follow residents who become trapped after a sinkhole occurs. Cha Seung-Won will play villa owner Jung Man-Soo. Kim Sung-Kyun and Lee Kwang-Soo will play co-workers Park Dong-Won and Kim Seung-Hyun. They become trapped in a home owned by Park Dong-Won. Filming for the movie will begin August, 2019 in South Korea.

“Sinkhole” will be released sometime next year in South Korea.

Main trailer for movie “Tazza: One Eyed Jack”

Main trailer for movie “Tazza: One Eyed Jack” starring Park Jung-Min & Ryoo Seung-Bum. Movie is based on comic “Tazza: One-Eyed Jack” illustrated by Huh Young-Man and a sequel to movie “Tazza: The High Rollers.” Meanwhile, below are the first batch of still images from the movie. The still images are of Do Il-Chool (Park Jung-Min), One-Eye (Ryoo Seung-Bum), Kkachi (Lee Kwang-Soo), Young-Mi (Lim Ji-Yeon), Director Kwon (Kwon Hae-Hyo) and Madonna (Choi Yu-Hwa).

“Tazza: One Eyed Jack” is now set for release September 11, 2019 in South Korea.

Teaser trailer for movie “Battle of Jangsari”

First teaser trailer added for movie “Battle of Jangsari” starring Kim Myung-Min & Minho (‘SHINee’). The film depicts the true story of the “Battle of Jangsari” which took place during the Korean War. Movie is directed by Kwak Kyung-Taek, & Kim Tae-Hoon. Caption in the teaser trailer states in Korean (0:10) “Battle of Inchon D-1,” (0:14) “Secret operation which was unrecorded,” (0:19) “Average age 17-years-old,” (0:23) “Training period just 2 weeks,” (0:27) “772 students,” (0:41) “They were there,” (0:52) “Nobody could say success, but,” (0:57) “None of them gave up.”

Meanwhile, Minho enlisted with the South Korean Marine Corps on April 15, 2019 and he will be discharged November 15, 2020.

“Battle of Jangsari” will be released September 25, 2019 in South Korea.

English subtitled teaser trailer for movie “The Bad Guys: Reign of Chaos” starring Kim Sang-Joong, Ma Dong-Seok, Kim A-Joong, Chang Ki-Yong & Gang Ye-Won. The English subtitled teaser trailer also reveals the movie’s English title which is “The Bad Guys: Reign of Chaos.” The film is a sequel to 2014 OCN drama series “Bad Guys” and follows a special police crime team that consists of criminals.

“The Bad Guys: Reign of Chaos” will be released September 11, 2019 in South Korea.

Here’s two “launching” posters for upcoming movie “Quantum Physics” (literal title) starring Park Hae-Soo, Seo Ye-Ji and Kim Sang-Ho. The film centers around a nightclub owner (Park Hae-Soo) who proactively looks into a drug case involving a a famous entertainer. Caption on the posters states “Medicine by pharmacist. Drug investigation by club owner.”

Seo In-Guk & Lee Soo-Hyuk cast in movie “Pipeline”

Seo In-Guk & Lee Soo-Hyuk are cast in crime film “Pipeline.” The film is scripted and directed by Yu Ha (“Gangnam Blues“). Also cast in the film are Eum Moon-Suk, Yoo Seung-Mok, Tae Hang-Ho, Bae Da-Bin & Bae Yoo-Ram. The first script reading and gosa ceremony for the film took place July 23, 2019. Images above and below are from the first script reading. For Seo In-Guk & Lee Soo-Hyuk the two men previously starred together in 2014 tvN drama series “High School King of Savvy.” Story for “Pipeline” follows a group of people who team up to steal oil hidden in a tunnel.

Filming for “Pipeline” begins prior to the end of this month in South Korea.
