Teaser trailer for JTBC drama “Miss Night and Day”

First teaser trailer added for JTBC drama series “Miss Night and Day” starring Lee Jung-Eun, Jung Eun-Ji, & Choi Jin-Hyuk. The comedy drama series features Jung Eun-Ji play Lee Mi-Jin. She is a woman in her 20’s, but something happens that causes her turn into a woman in her 50’s during the day and return to her 20’s self at night. She begins to work at a prosecutors office during the day as Im Soon (Lee Jung-Eun) and her boss is perfectionist Kye Ji-Woong (Choi Jin-Hyuk). Lee Sun-Bin & Kang Tae-Oh cast in tvN drama “Potato Research Institute”

Lee Sun-Bin & Kang Tae-Oh are cast in tvN drama series “Potato Research Institute” (literal title). Drama series is a romantic-comedy scripted by Kim Ho-Soo and directed by Kang Il-Soo. Screenwriter Kim Ho-Soo and Director Kang Il-Soo previously worked together on 2016 JTBC drama series “Solomon’s Perjury” and 2019 MBC drama series “Rookie Historian Goo Hae-Ryung.” For Kang Tae-Oh, he will be appearing in his first acting role since he finished his military service on March 19, 2024.

“Potato Research Institute” will first air sometime next year in South Korea.

Two teaser posters for SBS drama series “Connection” starring Ji Sung & Jeon Mi-Do. Caption on the teaser posters states “All friendships are special, until it goes bad.” The teaser posters features Ji Sung as Detective Jang Jae-Kyeong, Jeon Mi-Do as Reporter Oh Yoon-Jin, Kwon Yool as Prosecutor Park Tae-Jin, and Kim Kyung-Nam as conglomerate heir Won Jong-Soo. Although Jang Jae-Kyeong is a detective on the anti-drug squad, he was forced to become a drug addict.

Teaser posters and release date set for JTBC drama series “My Sweet Mobster” starring Um Tae-Goo and Han Sun-Hwa. The screenplay is based on web novel “Nolajooneun Yeoja” by Park Soo-Jung & Yool-Pi. For “My Sweet Mobster,” Um Tae-Goo will play Seo Ji-Hwan. He is a reformed ex-gangster and now the CEO of a company. Han Sun-Hwa will play Go Eun-Ha. She runs a YouTube channel for kids. Caption on the teaser poster featuring Um Tae-Goo states “I’m ready to do something pretty. I’m ready to do something bad.” Caption on the teaser poster featuring Han Sun-Hwa states “Isn’t the doll so cute? Please play gently so that it doesn’t get violent.”

Yoo Yeon-Seok & Chae Soo-Bin are cast in MBC drama series “The Number You Have Dialed” (literal title). The drama series is based on web novel “Jigeum Geoshin Jeonhwaneun” by Geoneomulnyeo and directed by Park Sang-Woo (“My Secret, Terrius“). In the romance-mystery drama series, Yoo Yeon-Seok and Chae Soo-Bin will play a couple in an arranged marriage. They are not in love with each other, but their feelings change after the wife is kidnapped.

“The Number You Have Dialed” will first air winter, 2024 in South Korea.

See list of winners & nominees the 60th Annual BaekSang Arts Awards

See list of winners and nominees at the just concluded 60th Annual BaekSang Arts Awards. The award show recognizes the top movies and drama series. On the film side, the top winners were “12.12: The Day” and “Exhuma.” “12.12: The Day” won the Grand Prize Award, Best Film, and Best Actor Award for Hwang Jung-Min. On the drama series side, top winners were Disney+ drama series “Moving” and MBC drama series “My Dearest.” Drama series “Moving” won the Grand Prize Award, Best Screenplay, and Best New Actor Award for Lee Jung-Ha.
