Daniel Henney offered role in upcoming MBC drama series “Goodbye Mr. Black”

Daniel Henney has been offered a major supporting role in upcoming MBC drama series “Goodbye Mr. Black” which has already cast Lee Jin-Wook, Moon Chae-Won, Song Jae-Rim and Kim Kang-Woo.  If Daniel Henney accepts, he will play Kim Ji-Ryoon. His character works as an adviser for an investment trust and representative of an NGO organization. He supports main female character Swan (Moon Chae-Won). Daniel Henney is currently “positively considering” the offer.

Drama series “Goodbye Mr. Black” is scheduled to begin filming this December in South Korea.

Here’s the first still images of actor Yoo Seung-Ho in upcoming SBS drama series “Remember” also starring Park Min-Young.

The still images are from Yoo Seung-Ho’s first day of filming for the drama series which took place November 12, 2015 at Nanji  Ecology Park in Ilsan, South Korea. In the drama series, Yoo Seung-Ho plays Seo Jin-Woo and the series follows him from the age of 18 through 23.

Kim So-Hyun cast in KBS2 drama “Page Turner”

Teen actress Kim So-Hyun is cast in new 3 episode KBS2 drama series “Page Turner.” The drama series depicts the story of three youths. Kim So-Hyun will play talented pianist Yoon Yoo-Seul. She gets into an accident which causes her to possibly never play the piano again. With the help of her friend and former rival, she begins to live a new life.

3 episode KBS2 drama series “Page Turner” will air February, 2016 in South Korea.

Jin Se-Yun cast in MBC drama series “The Flower in Prison”

Actress Jin Se-Yun is cast in new MBC drama series “The Flower in Prison” (working and literal title). The drama series will be directed by Lee Byung-Hoon (“Dong Yi“/”A Jewel in the Palace“) and scripted by Choi Wan-Kyu (“Midas“). Actor Ko Soo has been offered the lead male role and he is currently “positively considering” the offer.

Drama series “The Flower in Prison” is set during the Joseon Dynasty era. Jin Se-Yun will play main character Ok-Nyeo. Her character was born in prison, but now is part of the “weji-boo” which helps the less fortunate in the area of law.

“The Flower in Prison” will first air March, 2016 in South Korea (takes over MBC’s Saturday and Sunday 9:45 time slot from”My Daughter, Geum Sa-Wol“).

Jang Na-Ra cast in MBC drama series “One More Happy Ending”

Actress Jang Na-Ra is cast in new MBC drama series “One More Happy Ending” (literal title). Drama series will be directed by Kwon Sung-Chan (“Late Night Hospital“).

In drama series “One More Happy Ending,” Jang Na-Ra will play Han Mi-Mo. She works as a representative for a remarriage consulting business. She gives honest advice to her customers who hope to remarry. Her character possesses a beautiful appearance. When she was younger, Han Mi-Mo was a member of an idol group.

“One More Happy Ending” will first air this January in South Korea (takes over MBC’s Wednesday and Thursday 10PM time slot after “My Sweet and Sour Family“).
