Onew offered role in JTBC drama series “Age of Youth Season 2”

Onew from boy band ‘SHINee’ has been offered a role in upcoming JTBC drama series “Age of Youth Season 2.” The drama series features the return of main cast members Han Ye-Ri, Han Seung-Yeon, Park Eun-Bin, Park Hye-Soo & Ryu Hwa-Young.

Currently, Onew is positively considering his offer. If he accepts, he will play a university student who doesn’t know how to date with girls. He gets involved with Jung Ye-Eun (Han Seung-Yeon). Actor Kim Min-Suk is still considering an offer to play a leading male role in the drama series.

“Age of Youth Season 2” will first air August, 2017 in South Korea.

Choi Min-Soo, Gang Ye-Won and Shin Sung-Rok cast in MBC drama series “Man Who Dies to Live”

Choi Min-Soo, Gang Ye-Won and Shin Sung-Rok are cast in upcoming MBC drama series “Man Who Dies to Live.” The drama series will air beginning July, 2017 on Wednesday and Thursday at 10PM. Drama series “Hospital Ship” was originally targeted to air at that time, but “Hospital Ship” will now air from August, 2017 after “Man Who Dies to Live.” Story for “Man Who Dies to Live” follows Jang Dal-Goo played by Choi Min-Soo. He moved to the middle east, but returns to South Korea to find his daughter played by Kang Ye-Won. She is now married to an office worker played by Shin Sung-Rok.

Main poster for SBS drama series “My Sassy Girl”

Main poster for upcoming SBS drama series “My Sassy Girl” starring Joo Won & Oh Yeon-Seo. The poster features main cast members Joo Won, Oh Yeon-Seo, Lee Jung-Shin (‘CNBLUE’) and Kim Yoon-Hye. These four characters are interconnected within the story line. Gyun-Woo (Joo Won) becomes a prince’s teacher and he gets involved with Princess Hyemyung (Oh Yeon-Seo). Kang Joon-Young (Lee Jung-Shin) stands by Princess Hyemyung. He loves her, but he does not express his feeling to her. Meanwhile, Jung Da-Yeon (Kim Yoon-Hye) holds feelings for Gyun-Woo.

Ep.1 air date set for tvN drama series “Bride of the Water God 2017”

Ep.1 air date is now set for July, 2017 for upcoming tvN drama series “Bride of the Water God 2017” (literal title) starring Nam Joo-Hyuk, Shin Se-Kyung, Krystal & Gong Myung. The drama series will take over tvN’s Monday and Tuesday 11PM time slot after the conclusion of drama series “Circle.” Filming for the drama series began on March 22, 2017 and is still ongoing. The drama series is setup as a fantasy/romantic-comedy and is based on webcomic “Habaekui Shinboo” by Yoon Mi-Kyung.

Yu Jun-Sang & Jeon Hye-Bin cast in SBS drama series “Falsify”

Yu Jun-Sang and Jeon Hye-Bin are now cast for upcoming SBS drama series “Falsify” (literal title) co-starring Namgung Min. In the drama series Yu Jun-Sang will play Lee Seok-Min. He is the leader of a splash team of reporters, responsible for investigative stories. Jeon Hye-Bin will play Oh Yoo-Kyung. She is veteran photo journalist and joins the splash team to make a positive social change.

“Falsify” first airs July 24, 2017 in South Korea.

Here’s the first two still images of Park Min-Young in upcoming KBS2 drama series “Queen For Seven Days” (English title). In the upcoming drama series, Park Min-Young plays Shin Chae-Kyung. She falls in love with Prince Lee Yeok (Yeon Woo-Jin) and marries him. After Prince Lee Yeok takes the throne, Shin Chae-Kyung becomes the Queen.
