The first script reading for upcoming SBS drama series “The Fiery Priest” (English title) took place October 26, 2018 at SBS Ilsan Production Center in Tanhyun, South Korea. Main cast members including Kim Nam-Gil, Kim Sung-Kyun, Lee Ha-Nee, Go Joon, Keum Sae-Rok, Lee Moon-Sik and Jeon Sung-Woo all attended. The first script reading took about 4 hours to finish. Story for “The Fiery Priest” follows a very hot-tempered priest played by Kim Nam-Gil who looks into a murder case. Trailer #1 on AsianWiki shows the drama series will have plenty of action and some comedy.
“The Fiery Priest” first airs February, 2019 in South Korea and it will become SBS’ first drama series to air on Fridays and Saturdays.

Ong Seong-Wu, Kim Hyang-Gi and Shin Seung-Ho are cast in JTBC drama series “Moment of Eighteen” (literal title). Ong Seong-Wu and Kim Hyang-Gi will play lead characters and Shin Seung-Ho will play a major supporting role. The drama series will revolve around 18-year-old high school transfer student (Ong Seong-Wu) and his effect on two students there. Kim Hyang-Gi plays a high school student whose life is dominated by her mother.
“Moment of Eighteen” will air sometime this year in South Korea.
Teaser trailer #2 added for SBS drama series “Haechi” starring Jung Il-Woo, Kwon Yool and Go Ara. Teaser trailer #2 features extensive footage from the drama series for the first time.
“Haechi” will be first airs February 11, 2019 in South Korea (takes over SBS’ Monday & Tuesday 10 PM time slot after “My Strange Hero“).
Kim Young-Kwang & Jin Ki-Joo are cast for the lead roles in SBS drama series “I Loved You From The Beginning” (literal title). Also cast in major supporting character roles are Kim Jae-Kyung and Mu Jin-Sung. The drama series will feature a romance story between an executive (Kim Young-Kwang) and his secretary (Jin Ki-Joo).
“I Loved You From The Beginning” will first air from May, 2019 in South Korea (takes over SBS’ Monday and Tuesday 10PM time slot after “Haechi.”).
Lee Ha-Na is cast in OCN drama series “Voice 3.” She has appeared in “Voice” and “Voice 2″ and will reprise her character of Kang Kwon-Joo in the third installment. Meanwhile, Lee Jin-Wook has been offered the lead male role and he is considering the offer. Lee Jin-Wook played the lead male role in “Voice 2.”
“Voice 3” will first air May, 2019 in South Korea.
Teaser trailer #2 added for upcoming JTBC drama series “Legal High” starring Jin Goo and Seo Eun-Su. The teaser trailer features exclusively Jin Goo as Ko Tae-Rim. Korean caption in the teaser trailer asks and states “Monster?” “Pervert?” “Monster Pervert” “Monster Pervert Ko Tae-Rim appeared.” Meanwhile, below are the first still images of Seo Eun-Su as Seo Jae-In in the drama series. Seo Eun-Su had her hair cut to play the character.

First script reading for tvN drama series “He is Psychometric” (English title) took place December 6, 2018 at Studio Dragon Corporation in Sangam, South Korea. Main cast members including Jin Young (‘GOT7’), Shin Ye-Eun, Kim Kwon, Dasom, Noh Jong-Hyun Ko Yoon-Jung and Park Chul-Min all attended. Before the first script reading began, Jin Young stated “I will not be a burden and I will work hard” and Shin Ye-Eun stated “I will do well.”
“He is Psychometric” is now scheduled to first air March 4, 2019 (takes over tvN’s Monday and Tuesday 9:30 PM time slot after “The Crowned Clown“).
Nara from idol group ‘Hellovenus’ is cast in upcoming KBS2 drama series “Doctor Prisoner” co-starring Namgung Min. For the drama series, Nara will play lead female character Han So-Geum. She works as a psychiatrist and she has a warm heart. While she works at a hospital, she also does volunteer work at a prison. Na Yi-Je (Namgung Min) is the chief of the prison medical clinic where she does volunteer work.
“Doctor Prisoner” first airs March, 2019 in South Korea (takes over KBS2’s Wednesday & Thursday 10PM time slot after “Liver or Die“).
