6 minute highlight trailer added for upcoming JTBC drama series “Aide” (English title) starring Lee Jung-Jae and Shin Min-A. Meanwhile, JTBC released these still images of Lee Jung-Jae, Shin Min-A, Lee Elijah and Kim Dong-Joon with personal comments by each of the performers. Lee Jung-Jae stated “You can have fun and feel sympathy from watching the various characters and their desires.” Shin Min-A stated “The drama series contains stories of people in politics who live fiercely to fulfill their desires.” Lee Elijah stated “The drama series shows stories of aides who you haven’t seen before in any other drama series. In this drama series, the aides struggle to protect people’s lives and struggle to survive.” Lastly, Kim Dong-Joon’s states “The drama series contains the story of aides who have various charms and personalities.”

The drama series is a remake of U.S. television series “Designated Survivor” starring Kiefer Sutherland. Choi Gang-Hee is cast for the lead role in new SBS drama series “Miscasting.” The drama series will be directed by Choi Hyeong-Hun (“High Society“/”Five Fingers“). In the drama series, Choi Gang-Hee will play NIS agent Baek Chan-Mi. She goes undercover to work on a case involving leakage of corporate data at Korea’s largest company.
“Miscasting” will first air November, 2019 in South Korea, slotting into SBS’ Wednesday and Thursday 10PM time slot.

Teaser trailer #3 shows a bit more of IU as Hotel CEO Jang Man-Wol and Yeo Jin-Goo as hotel manager Koo Chan-Sung. At the 7 second mark, Yeo Jin-Goo’s voice appears and he states in Korean “Welcome, we will give you the best service.” IU’s voice follows and states “…Only for ghosts.”

Kim Hye-Yoon & Ro Woon (‘SF9’) are cast for lead roles in “Ha-Roo Found by Chance” (literal title). Lee Jae-Wook is also cast for a major supporting character role. The drama series is based on 2018 webcomic “Eojjeoda Balgyeonhan 7wol” by Moo Ryoo. The drama series features a fantasy-romance script somewhat like “W: Two Worlds Apart.” For lead actress Kim Hye-Yoon, “Ha-Roo Found By Chance” is her first drama series role since playing a main character in hit JTBC drama series “SKY Castle.” In “Ha-Roo Found By Chance,” Kim Hye-Yoon will play a high school student who learns she is a character in comic and a minor character too boot. She falls in love with a minor character played by Ro Woon.
