Main trailer for movie “The Tokyo Night Sky Is Always the Densest Shade of Blue”

Main trailer & poster added for upcoming movie “The Tokyo Night Sky Is Always the Densest Shade of Blue” starring Shizuka Ishibashi & Sosuke Ikematsu. Movie is directed by Yuya Ishii and based on the poetry book “Yozora wa Itsudemo Saiko Mitsudo no Aoiro da” by Tahi Saihate. “The Tokyo Night Sky Is Always the Densest Shade of Blue” had its world premiere in the Forum section at the 67th Berlin International Film Festival and will have its general release May 13, 2017 in Japan.

5 guest appearances announced for TV Tokyo drama series “Byplayers”

5 guest appearances have been announced for upcoming TV Tokyo drama series “Byplayers.” The guest appearances will have Koji Yakusho (ep.1), YosiYosi Arakawa (ep.2), Sosuke Ikematsu (ep.2), Sayaka Yamaguchi (ep.3) & Kenichi Takito (ep.3). For each of the guest appearances they will play themselves.

The drama series stars veteran actors Kenichi Endo, Ren Osugi, Tomorowo Taguchi, Susumu Terajima, Yutaka Matsushige & Ken Mitsuishi. Story for the drama series has the 6 veteran actors receiving roles in a big budget drama series. They are then asked by the director to live together for 3 months at a share house.

Lily Franky is cast in upcoming live-action TV Tokyo drama series “Gin to Kin” starring Sosuke Ikematsu. Also cast in supporting roles are Makita Sports, Asami Usuda & Jun Murakami. In the drama series, Lily Franky will play Ginji Hira aka Gin-san (Mr. Silver). He is a tycoon trouble-solving broker and someone Tetsuo Morita (Sosuke Ikematsu) aspires to become. Drama series is based on manga series “Gin to Kin” by Nobuyuki Fukumoto

Sosuke Ikematsu cast in live-action TV Tokyo drama series “Gin to Kin”

Sosuke Ikematsu is cast in live-action TV Tokyo drama series “Gin to Kin.” The drama series is based on manga series “Gin to Kin” by Nobuyuki Fukumoto (“Kaiji“). Sosuke Ikematsu will play main character Tetsuo Morita. He becomes involved in a gambling and keeps losing. He meets Ginji Hirai at the racetrack and aspires to become even more successful than him. Tetsuo Morita then steps into the world of illegal activity.

New trailer for live-action film “Death Note: Light Up The New World”

New trailer added for upcoming live-action film “Death Note: Light Up The New World” starring Masahiro Higashide, Sosuke Ikematsu & Masaki Suda. The new trailer shows an actual scene from the film. In the trailer, Sakura Aoi ( Rina Kawaei) walks down a crowded street in Shibuya. She kills a passerby by writing down his name in a death note.

“Death Note: Light Up The New World” will be released October 29, 2016 in Japan.
