Casting announced for movie “Juushi no Yoru”

Casting has been announced for new movie “Juushi no Yoru” (literally “14’s Night”). Cast in the film are Naoki Inukai, Ken Mitsuishi, Mari Hamada, Mugi Kadowaki, Masato Wada, Nana Asakawa (‘SUPER☆GiRLS’) and Kentaro. Naoki Inukai is a rookie teen actor and he landed the lead role after taking part in auditions that included 750 other participants. The film is also the first film directed by screenwriter Shin Adachi (“Obon Brothers“).

Story for “Juushi no Yoru” is set in the 1980’s and revolves around a middle school student (Naoki Inukai) and his friends. The friends are all crazy about sex and they go nuts when they learn an AV actress will appear at a video store in their town.

“Juushi no Yoru” will be released December, 2016 in Japan.

Ep.1 air date for SBS drama series “Second to Last Love” delayed 1 week

Ep.1 air date for upcoming SBS drama series “Second to Last Love” starring Ji Jin-Hee & Kim Hee-Ae has been delayed 1 week. The premiere episode was originally scheduled to air July 23, 2016, but has now been rescheduled to air July 30, 2016. The delay is to give actor Ji Jin-Hee time to recuperate from an injury he received while filming a scene for the drama series. The injury occured on July 5, 2016. During that accident, he was struck in the face by another actor. “Second to Last Love” is a remake of 2012 Fuji TV drama series “Second to Last Love” (“Saigo Kara Nibanme no Koi”).

Trailer for movie “Kanon”

Trailer added for upcoming movie “Kanon” starring Manami Higa, Mimura & Nozomi Sasaki. Movie’s director Toshiro Saiga and screenwriter Erika Tosaka previously collaborated in 2008 film “Chesuto!.”

In addition, supporting cast members have been announced which includes Ren Kiriyama, Tomoharu Hasegawa, Hiro Komura, Yoko Shimada, Yumi Takigawa and Honami Suzuki. Story for movie “Kanon” revolves around three adult aged sisters who reunite for their grandmother’s funeral. There, they learn about their mother. Actor Ren Kiriyama will play Satoshi. He is the boyfriend of Ai (Manami Higa).
“Kanon” will be released October, 2016 in Japan.

First still images of Ko Gyung-Pyo in SBS drama series “Jealousy Incarnate”

Here’s the first still images of Ko Gyung-Pyo in upcoming SBS drama series “Jealousy Incarnate” starring Cho Jung-SeokKong Hyo-Jin.

In “Jealousy Incarnate,” Ko Gyung-Pyo plays Ko Jung-Won. His character is from a rich family and runs a high-end retail store. Ko Jung-Won and Lee Hwa-Shin (Cho Jung-Seok) are very close friends, but they are in love triangle with Pyo Na-Ri (Kong Hyo-Jin).

“Jealousy Incarnate” first airs August 17, 2016 in South Korea.
