First teaser trailer added for movie “About Family” starring Kim Yun-Seok and Lee Seung-Gi. The movie is written and directed by Yang Woo-Seok (“The Attorney“). In “About Family,” Kim Yun-Seok plays Ham Mu-Ok. He has operated a popular dumpling restaurant for 38 years and has made a fortune. His son, played by Lee Seung-Gi, has chosen to become a monk, which bothers his father, because he won’t have any grandchildren. Two children then show up at his restaurant and make a surprising announcement.
“About Family” will be released December 11, 2024 in South Korea.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Ham Mu-Ok (Kim Yun-Seok) runs a popular dumpling restaurant that always has a waiting list that is full. He has made a fortune from running his restaurant for decades, but one thing missing in his life is that his only child, Ham Mun-Seok (Lee Seung-Gi), has become a monk and will not have grandchildren. One day, two children appear in front of Ham Mu-Ok’s restaurant and they insist that their father is Ham Mun-Seok.
