Main trailer for movie “Concrete Utopia”

Main trailer added for movie “Concrete Utopia” starring Lee Byung-Hun, Park Seo-Joon, & Park Bo-Young. The film is set within the last standing apartment building in Seoul after a massive earthquake has devastated the region. The trailer begins with Lee Byung-Hun stating “I felt like this apartment was chosen.” Captions in the main trailer states (0:15) “Seoul, where everything has collapsed,” (0:24) “The only apartment that survived,” (1:06) “Survival rules for the survivors,” (1:30) “Follow,” (1:34) “Or Leave.”

“Concrete Utopia” will be released August 9, 2023 in South Korea.

Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Seoul is devastated by a powerful earthquake. Hwanggoong Apartment is the only place still standing after the earthquake. Survivors make their way to Hwanggoong Apartment.

Young-Tak (Lee Byung-Hun) temporarily leads the residents of Hwanggoong apartment. As the crisis unfolds, Young-Tak tries to protect the residents from outsiders. Min-Sung (Park Seo-Joon) was a public officer. He is picked by Young-Tak and becomes his helper. Myeong-Hwa (Park Bo-Young) is Min-Sung’s wife and a nurse. She takes care of the injured.
