Han Suk-Kyu and Kim Seo-Hyung are cast Watcha drama series “It May Be A Little Spicy Today” (literal title). The drama series is based on 2018 non-fiction novel “Oneuleun Jom Maewoolji Molla” by Kang Chang-Rae. The drama series will have Han Suk-Kyu playing married husband Chang-Rae. He begins to cook for his wife played by Kim Seo-Hyung, who has serious health problems.
“It May Be A Little Spicy Today” will be available to stream sometime this year in South Korea.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Chang-Rae (Han Suk-Kyu) is in his 40’s. He works as a translator and a humanities instructor. His wife (Kim Seo-Hyung) suffers from terminal bowel cancer. She also has difficulties eating, because of digestive problem. She asks Chang-Rae to cook for her everyday, even though the only thing he knows how to make is ramen. Chang-Rae begins to cook for his wife and she eats little bits of his food, which he cooks with love and care.
