Trailer and poster added for movie “Wandering” starring Suzu Hirose & Tori Matsuzaka. Movie is based on 2019 novel “Rurou no Tsuki” by Yuu Nagira and directed by Sang-il Lee (“Villain“). Caption on the poster states “Girl kidnapping case, the truth only belongs to two people.”
“Wandering” will be released May 13, 2022 in Japan.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: On a rainy evening, 19-year-old university student Fumi Saeki happens to meet 9-year-old Sarasa Kanai in the park. Sarasa Kanai is soaking wet. She is separated from her parents and lives with her aunt, but she tells Fumi Saeki that she doesn’t want to go back to her aunt. Fumi Saeki takes Sarasa Kanai to his apartment and they live together for the next 2 months. Fumi Saeki is then arrested for kidnapping. He is labeled as a dangerous kidnapper and Sarasa Kanai is labeled as a poor victim. 15 years later, Sarasa Kanai (Suzu Hirose) and Fumi Saeki (Tori Matsuzaka) happen to meet each other.
