Tomoya Nakamura, Ryunosuke Kamiki, and Tsuyoshi Muro are cast in movie “Your Own Quiz.” Movie is based on 2022 novel “Kimi no Quiz” by Satoshi Ogawa and directed by Kohei Yoshino (“Gone Wednesday“). Tomoya Nakamura will play lead male character Reo Mishima. He becomes a contestant on a live TV game show that offers a 10 million yen prize. Meanwhile the first teaser trailer has also been added on our “Your Own Quiz” page.
“Your Own Quiz” is now set for release May 15, 2026 in Japan.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Reo Mishima (Tomoya Nakamura) participates in the live TV game show Q‐1 Grand Prix, which is directed by Yasuhiko Sakata (Tsuyoshi Muro). Reo Mishima and other contestants compete for the 10 million yen prize. In the final round, Reo Mishima faces Kizuna Honjo (Ryunosuke Kamiki). The first person to answer the last remaining question will determine the winner, but a problem arises at that time.
