Teaser trailer and poster added for sequel film “The Confidence Man JP: Princess” starring Masami Nagasawa, Masahiro Higashide, & Fumiyo Kohinata. The sequel film to 2019 movie “The Confidence Man JP: The Movie” and 2018 Fuji TV drama series “The Confidence Man JP” will be set in Langkawi, Malaysia. Supporting cast members who will play new characters in the sequel film are Alan Shirahama, Nagisa Sekimizu, Yuta Furukawa, Kyohei Shibata, and Kinya Kitaoji.
“The Confidence Man JP: Princess” will be released May 1, 2020 in Japan.
Plot synopsis from AsianWiki: Set in Langkawi, Malaysia, professional scammers Dako (Masami Nagasawa), Boku-chan (Masahiro Higashide), and Richard (Fumiyo Kohinata) target the Fuu Family for their next heist. Raymond Fuu, who was the head of the Fuu Family, passed away and he left behind 10 trillion yen. Dako, Boku-chan and Richard scheme to gain the inordinate inheritance.
