Teaser trailer and poster added for movie “Solitary Gourmet” starring Yutaka Matsushige. The movie is based on manga series “Kodoku no Gourmet” by Masayuki Qusumi and follows long running TV Tokyo drama series franchise “Solitary Gourmet.” The movie version will have Goro Inogashira (Yutaka Matsushige) traveling internationally in search of the ultimate soup. The teaser trailer reveals that he will be in Paris, France and an as of yet unknown coastal area. Captions in the teaser trailer states (0:05) “In search of the ultimate soup,” and (0:10) “to Paris, France.”
“Solitary Gourmet” will be released January 10, 2025 in Japan.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Goro Inogashira (Yutaka Matsushige) runs his own imported goods business and travels all over Japan for work. During his trips, he loves to try different restaurants by himself. Now, Goro Inogashira travels abroad and tries to find the ultimate soup.
