Ryo Narita and Atsuko Maeda are cast in movie “Convenience Story.” The film is scripted & directed by Satoshi Miki (“Adrift in Tokyo“). Story for the film revolves around convenience store Liso Mart, where mysterious woman Keiko (Atsuko Maeda) works. Ryo Narita will play a screenwriter who goes to the store and meets Keiko.
“Convenience Story” will be released August 5, 2022 in Japan.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Kato (Ryo Narita) is a young screenwriter, but he has been in a slump. No one gives him attention, even as he plans a movie. One day, he goes to convenience store Liso Mart to buy dog food for his girlfriend’s dog. There, he meets Keiko (Atsuko Maeda), who works at Liso Mart. She is a mysterious married woman.
