Takahiro Hamada (Johnny’s West) is cast in NTV live-action drama series “Bushi-Stant Aisakakun!” The drama series is based on manga series “Bushi-Stant Aisakakun!” by Nobuo Yokoyama. In the drama series, Takahiro Hamada will play samurai Sojiro Aisaka. He is also a popular shunga (erotic art) painter. He somehow travels to the present and learns under a manga artist.

Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: In the year 1791, Sojiro Aisaka (Takahiro Hamada) is a samurai and also a popular shunga (erotic art) painter. But, he is banned for corrupting public morality with his drawings. He is arrested and is about to be executed. At that time, Sojiro Aisaka finds himself in the present day. He meets manga writer Miyagami, who becomes Sojiro Aisaka’s teacher. Sojiro Aisaka also begins to work as an assistant to Miyagami. Sojiro Aisaka soon meets a woman and he falls in love with her at first sight.
