Sairi Itoh, Kento Nakajima, and Yuji Oda are cast in TV Asahi drama series “Shikkou!!” The drama series features an original screenplay by Mika Omori (“Pool“). The drama series will revolve around bailiffs who carry out duties to collect property in bankruptcy cases.
“Shikkou” first airs July, 2023 in Japan (takes over TV Asahi’s Tuesday 9PM time slot after “Unknown“).
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Hikari Yoshino (Sairi Itoh) has a bright and friendly personality. She works at a credit association in her hometown. To pursue her dream of doing pet related work, she moves to Tokyo and begins to work at a pet salon. Unfortunately, the pet salon goes bankrupt. Bailiff Itsuki Obara (Yuji Oda) carries out his work at the pet salon and becomes impressed with Hikari Yoshino. Itsuki Obara is not comfortable around dogs, but all the animals seem to like Hikari Yoshino. Due to Itsuki Obara, Hikari Yoshino begins to work as a bailiff assistant and teams up with Itsuki Obara.
Meanwhile, Yusuke Kurihashi (Kento Nakajima) is a clerk at the bailiffs’ office. He used to work at a bank and wants to become a lawyer. While working at the bailiffs’ office, Yusuke Kurihashi learns about the law. He develops unexpected feelings for Hikari Yoshino.
