Teaser trailer 3 for JTBC drama “The Interest of Love”

Teaser trailer #3 added for JTBC drama series “The Interest of Love” starring Yoo Yeon-Seok and Mun Ka-Young. Narration on the teaser trailer goes (0:01) Mun Ka-Young “I forget my situation when I’m with Section Chief Ha,” (0:05) Yoo Yeon-Seok “I’m nervous. I’m uncomfortable in these kinds of situations and this kind of feeling. But all this doesn’t matter,” (0:13) Mun Ka-Young “Can we meet now?,” (0:28) Yoo Yeon-Seok “I can’t do this anymore. Accidentally, I gave my heart to the wrong person.” Above and below are still images of Yoo Yeon-Seok as Ha Sang-Soo and Mun Ka-Young as An Soo-Young in the drama series. Both characters work at a bank, hence the double entendre with the English title of “The Interest of Love.”

Teaser trailer 3 for tvN drama “Missing: The Other Side 2”

Teaser trailer #3 added for tvN drama series “Missing: The Other Side 2” starring Ko Soo & Heo Jun-Ho. The drama series is a sequel to 2020 OCN drama series “Missing: The Other Side ,” that certainly hinted at a sequel with its final scene. The third teaser trailer begins with Heo Jun-Ho stating “I can’t live forever like this with not making any money” and followed by Ko Soo stating (0:03) “You”ll see. From now on I will take care of myself first.” Choi Myung-Bin as new character Moon Bo-Ra then states (0:05) “My mom has disappeared.”

“Missing: The Other Side 2” first airs December 19, 2022 (takes over tvN’s Monday & Tuesday 10:30 PM time slot after “Behind Every Star“).

Yoo In-Na, Yoon Hyun-Min, & Joo Sang-Wook are cast in ENA drama series “Bora! Deborah.” The romantic-comedy drama series follow Yoo In-Na as Yeon Bo-Ra. She is a writer and dating coach, working the pen name of Deborah. Yoon Hyun-Min will play Lee Soo-Hyeok. He is chic man who has difficulty with falling in love. Joo Sang-Wook will play Han Sang-Jin. He is best friends and a business partner with Lee Soo-Hyeok.

“Bora! Deborah” first airs sometime in the first half of 2023 in South Korea.

Kim Soo-Hyun & Kim Ji-Won cast in drama “Queen Of Tears”

Kim Soo-Hyun & Kim Ji-Won are cast in new drama series “Queen Of Tears” (working & literal title). The drama series is scripted by Park Ji-Eun, who worked with Kim Soo-Hyun in 2014 SBS drama series “My Love From the Star” and most recently scripted in 2020 tvN drama series “Crash Landing on You.” The screenplay will tell a romance story, that will also touch the hearts of viewers. Jang Young-Woo (“Bulgasal: Immortal Souls“) and Kim Hee-Won (“Little Women“) will direct the drama series.

Filming for “Queen of Tears” will begin in the first half of 2023 and the drama series will air sometime in the second half of 2023.

Ep.1 trailer for tvN drama “Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow”

Ep.1 trailer added for tvN drama series “Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow” starring Lee Jae-Wook and Ko Yoon-Jung. The drama series follows “Alchemy of Souls,” which aired earlier this year and will have actress Ko Yoon-Jung move into the lead female spot as Naksu. Narration in the ep.1 trailer has Ko Yoon-Jung stating (0:09) “Sin of being alive” and Lee Jae-Wook stating (0:10) “Sin that shouldn’t exist, but exists.”

“Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow” first airs December 10, 2022 in South Korea.

Hwang Jung-Min and Jung Hae-In cast in “Veteran 2”

Hwang Jung-Min and Jung Hae-In are cast for lead roles in sequel film “Veteran 2.” Hwang Jung-Min will reprise his role of Detective Seo Do-Cheol and Jung Hae-In will play new character Park Sun-Woo. Jung Hae-In’s new character of Park Sun-Woo is scripted as a young detective who joins the violent crime investigation team led by Seo Do-Cheol (Hwang Jung-Min). The film is a sequel to 2015 movie “Veteran,” which starred Hwang Jung-Min and Yoo Ah-In.

Also cast in “Veteran 2” are Oh Dal-Su, Jang Yoon-Ju, Oh Dae-Hwan, and Kim Shi-Hoo. All four of these actors appeared in the original 2015 movie “Veteran” as supporting characters and they will play the same roles in the sequel film. Director Ryoo Seung-Wan also returns to helm the sequel film. Filming for “Veteran 2” will begin December, 2022 and the release date for the film has not yet been announced.

Teaser trailer for KBS2 drama “Brain Works”

First teaser trailer added for KBS2 drama series “Brain Works” (English title) starring Jung Yong-Hwa, Cha Tae-Hyun, and Kwak Sun-Young. Captions in the teaser trailer states (0:12) “First time in Korea,” (0:15) “Brain science investigation drama series.” The drama series pairs Jung Yong-Hwa as Neuroscientist Shin Ha-Ru, Cha Tae-Hyun as Detective Geum Myung-Se, and Kwak Sun-Young as Hypnotic Investigator Seol So-Jung. Below are the first still images of Jung Yong-Hwa in the drama series.

The first teaser trailer also reveals that “Brain Works” will first air  January 2, 2023 in South Korea (takes over KBS2’s Monday & Tuesday 10PM time slot after “Curtain Call“).

Teaser trailer and poster added for Netflix drama series “The Glory” starring Song Hye-Kyo and Lee Do-Hyun. The drama series also pairs again Song Hye-Kyo with screenwriter Kim Eun-Sook. They previously worked together in 2016 KBS2 drama series “Descendants of the Sun.” Caption on the teaser poster below states “There will be no mercy, so there will be no glory either.”

“The Glory” will premiere December 30, 2022 on Netflix.
