The drama series is based on 2012 Japanese novel “Kami no Tsuki” by Mitsuyo Kakuta, which was previously adapted into 2014 NHK drama series “Paper Moon” starring Tomoyo Harada and 2014 movie “Pale Moon” starring Rie Miyazawa. Jung Ji-So is cast for the lead role in drama series “Miss Granny.” The drama series is a remake of 2014 movie “Miss Granny” that stars Shim Eun-Kyung & Na Moon-Hee. The film was also remade into 2016 Japanese movie “Sing My Life” that stars Mikako Tabe & Mitsuko Baisho. Basic premise of the “Miss Granny” will follow a woman in her 70’s who mysteriously regains her appearance from her 20’s. She then tries to become a singer. Filming for “Miss Granny” will take place in the first half of this year.

Kim Hyun-Joo, Kim Sung-Cheol, & Kim Shin-Rok are cast in Netflix sequel drama series “Hellbound 2.” The drama series is based on webcomic “Jiok” by Yeon Sang-Ho and is a sequel to 2021 Netflix drama series “Hellbound.” Actor Kim Sung-Cheol will play the lead villain character of Jung Jin-Soo and replaces Yoo Ah-In who played the same character in season 1. Yoo Ah-In is currently involved in a drug scandal/investigation. Meanwhile, Yang Dong-Geun, Im Sung-Jae, Cho Dong-In, and Moon Geun-Young are also cast to play new characters. Moon Geung-Young will make a special guest appearance as a teacher.
Release date for “Hellbound 2” has not yet been decided.

The three leads will play former classmates feom an art university, who begin to regularly meet again over meals. The suicide of a former classmate brought them together.

Chun Woo-Hee & Kim Dong-Wook are cast in tvN drama series “Beneficial Fraud” (literal title). The revenge themed drama series will have Chun Woo-Hee play Con Artist Lee Ro-Woom and Kim Dong-Wook play Lawyer Han Moo-Young. They differ greatly in that Lee Ro-Woom does not have any empathy feelings and Kim Dong-Wook has sometimes too much empathy for other people.
