Lee Hee-Joon cast in SBS drama series “The Legend of The Blue Sea”

Lee Hee-Joon is cast in a supporting role for upcoming SBS drama series “The Legend of The Blue Sea” starring Gianna Jun and Lee Min-Ho. In the upcoming drama series, Lee Hee-Joon will play Jo Nam-Doo. His character is a swindler. Also, today the character name for Lee Min-Ho has been revealed and he will play Heo Joon-Jae. Jo Nam-Doo leads Heo Joon-Jae into the swindler’s world.

“The Legend of The Blue Sea” first airs November, 2016 in South Korea.

Promotional images from cast of KBS2 drama series “Uncontrollably Fond”

Here’s Kim Woo-Bin, Bae Suzy (‘Miss A’), Lim Ju-Hwan and Lim Ju-Eun all holding handwritten signs asking viewers to “please watch the first episode of drama series ‘Uncontrollably Fond.'” The drama series will premiere will later tonight in South Korea.

In addition, actress Lee Elijah will appear in ep. 1 and a few other episodes. In the drama series, she will play top actress Kim Yoo-Na. Her character belongs to the same management company as Shin Joon-Young (Kim Woo-Bin). Kim Yoo-Na is also arrogant.

Here’s 8 character posters for upcoming SBS drama series “Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo” starring Lee Joon-Gi & IU. As you might have noticed, the drama series has also picked up the new Korean title of “Dalui Yeonin – Bobogyungsim Ryeo” which translates literally as “Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo.” The 8 character posters are of (left to right) Hong Jong-Hyun, Lee Joon-Gi, IU, Kang Ha-Neul, Ji Soo, Baekhyun (‘EXO-K’), Nam Joo-Hyuk and Yoon Sun-Woo.

Lee Ha-Na cast in SBS drama series “Our Gab-Soon”

Lee Ha-Na is cast for the lead female role in upcoming SBS drama series “Our Gab-Soon” co-starring Song Jae-Rim. Also cast in a major supporting character role is Kim Gyu-Ri. In drama series “Our Gab-Soon,” Lee Ha-Na will play title character Gab-Soon.

The first script reading for “Our Gab-Soon” is scheduled to take place July 2, 2016 and the drama series will first air sometime this August in South Korea.

Nam Joo-Hyuk offered lead male role in MBC drama series “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo”

Nam Joo-Hyuk has been offered the lead male role in upcoming MBC drama series “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo.” Actress Lee Sung-Kyung has already been offered the lead female role in the drama series. Both performers are currently “positively considering” their offers.

If Nam Joo-Hyuk accepts, he will play Jung Joon-Hyung. His character is an excellent, but unlucky swimmer. Jung Joon-Hyung and weightlifter Bok-Joo (Lee Sung-Kyung if she accepts) graduated from the same school. Interesting to note, Nam Joo-Hyuk’s character in KBS2 drama series “Who Are You: School 2015” was also a swimmer.

“Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo” will first air this November in South Korea.

Lee Sung-Kyung offered lead role in MBC drama series “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo”

Lee Sung-Kyung has been offered the lead female role in upcoming MBC drama series “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo.” Currently, she is “positively considering” the offer. The drama series is motivated by the true story of weightlifter Jang Mi-Ran. If Lee Sung-Kyung accepts her offer, she will play title character Kim Bok-Joo. Her character is a 20-year-old weightlifter and falls in love for the first time.

“Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo” will first air November, 2016 in South Korea (taking over MBC’s Wednesday & Thursdays 10PM time slot after the conclusion of “Shopping King Louie“).
