In the upcoming drama series, Lee Hee-Joon will play Jo Nam-Doo. His character is a swindler. Also, today the character name for Lee Min-Ho has been revealed and he will play Heo Joon-Jae. Lee Ha-Na is cast for the lead female role in upcoming SBS drama series “Our Gab-Soon” co-starring Song Jae-Rim. Also cast in a major supporting character role is Kim Gyu-Ri. In drama series “Our Gab-Soon,” Lee Ha-Na will play title character Gab-Soon.
The first script reading for “Our Gab-Soon” is scheduled to take place July 2, 2016 and the drama series will first air sometime this August in South Korea.
Nam Joo-Hyuk has been offered the lead male role in upcoming MBC drama series “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo.” Actress Lee Sung-Kyung has already been offered the lead female role in the drama series. Both performers are currently “positively considering” their offers.
If Nam Joo-Hyuk accepts, he will play Jung Joon-Hyung. His character is an excellent, but unlucky swimmer. Jung Joon-Hyung and weightlifter Bok-Joo (Lee Sung-Kyung if she accepts) graduated from the same school. Interesting to note, Nam Joo-Hyuk’s character in KBS2 drama series “Who Are You: School 2015” was also a swimmer.
“Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo” will first air this November in South Korea.
Lee Sung-Kyung has been offered the lead female role in upcoming MBC drama series “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo.” Currently, she is “positively considering” the offer. The drama series is motivated by the true story of weightlifter Jang Mi-Ran. If Lee Sung-Kyung accepts her offer, she will play title character Kim Bok-Joo. Her character is a 20-year-old weightlifter and falls in love for the first time.
