Lee Jae-Wook & Choi Sung-Eun cast in KBS2 drama “Last Summer”

Lee Jae-Wook & Choi Sung-Eun are cast in KBS2 drama series “Last Summer.” For Lee Jae-Wook, he will take on his first dual acting role in “Last Summer,” as he will play twin brothers Baek Do-Ha & Baek Do-Yeong. The brothers separated after their parents divorced, with younger brother Baek Do-Ha moving to the United States. Baek Do-Ha comes back every summer and stays with his twin brother and father in South Korea. During this time, he also spends time with next door neighbor Song Ha-Kyeong (Choi Sung-Eun). Drama series is directed by Min Yeon-Hong, who worked with Lee Jae-Wook previously in 2024 Disney+ drama series “The Impossible Heir,” and scripted by Jeon Yoo-Ri (“Kiss Sixth Sense“).

“Last Summer” will first air November, 2025 in South Korea (takes over KBS2’s Saturday and Sunday 9:20 PM time slot after “Walking On Thin Ice“).

Teaser trailer 2 added for JTBC drama series “My Youth” starring Song Joong-Ki & Chun Woo-Hee. Teaser trailer 2 focuses on two major supporting characters played by Lee Joo-Myoung and Seo Ji-Hoon. Lee Joo-Myoung plays Mo Tae-Rin, who is an actress and began her acting career as a child. Seo Ji-Hoon plays Kim Seok-Joo. He is a tax accountant and the first love of Mo Tae-Rin.

Teaser trailer 2 added for MBN drama series “First Lady” starring Eugene, Ji Hyun-Woo, & Lee Min-Young. In “First Lady,” Eugene plays Cha Soo-Yeon, who is set to become the first lady of South Korea when her husband Hyun Min-Cheol (Ji Hyun-Woo) will be inaugurated as the president in 67 days. Hyun Min-Cheol suddenly asks for a divorce from Cha Soo-Yeon. Teaser trailer 2 has dialogue that starts with Eugene stating “What I want is half of everything he has gotten because of me,” followed by (0:05) anonymous voice “What you’re talking about is the president,” and (0:07) Eugene “It’s me that created the president. Announcement teaser trailer and poster added for Netflix drama series “Genie, Make a Wish” starring Kim Woo-Bin & Bae Suzy. The drama series will see Kim Woo-Bin and Bae Suzy reuniting after starring together in 2016 KBS2 drama series “Uncontrollably Fond.” Story for “Genie, Make a Wish” follows a genie (Kim Woo-Bin), who wakes up after a thousand years, and meets Ga-Young (Bae Suzy). The genie grants her three wishes.

“Genie, Make a Wish” is now set to be released October 3, 2025 via Netflix.

Teaser poster and air date set for MBC drama series “To The Moon” starring Lee Sun-Bin, Ra Mi-Ran, Jo A-Ram, and Kim Young-Dae. Drama series is based on 2021 novel “Dalggaji Gaja” by Jang Ryu-Jin. Main trailer and poster added for Disney+ drama series “Tempest” starring Gianna Jun & Gang Dong-Won. For “Tempest,” actor Gang Dong-Won makes his first appearance in a drama series since 2004 SBS drama series “Magic.” Caption for the poster states “Whom will I trust, what will I protect?” The screenplay has actress Gianna Jun playing diplomat Moon-Joo. She investigates an assassination attempt on a presidential candidate. Gang Dong-Won plays mysterious figure San-Ho. He works to protect Moon-Joo at this time. Main trailer and two main posters added for movie “The Ugly” starring Park Jeong-Min and Kwon Hae-Hyo. Main trailer added for Wavve drama series “I Kill You” starring Kang Ji-Young and Lee Gi-Kwang. “I Kill You” marks the first time for movie director Yu Ha (“Gangnam Blues“) to direct a drama series. The main trailer begins with a news report stating that Han Ji-Yeon (Kang Ji-Young), the granddaughter of Chairman Han Beom-Su (Yoo Seung-Mok)of Beomhan Construction Company, was involved in a hit-and-run car accident.
