Jeon So-Nee, Koo Gyo-Hwan, & Lee Jung-Hyun cast in Netflix drama “Parasyte: The Grey”

Jeon So-Nee, Koo Gyo-Hwan, & Lee Jung-Hyun are cast in Netflix drama series “Parasyte: The Grey” (literal title). The drama series is based on manga series “Kiseiju” by Hitoshi Iwaaki, which was previously adapte into 2014 movie “Parasyte Part 1” and 2015 sequel film “Parasyte Part 2.” The Netflix drama series adaptation will be directed and scripted by Yeon Sang-Ho (“Train To Busan“). Premise for the drama series centers around mysterious parasites that fall from the sky and enter humans through their ears and noses. They then take over the humans.

“Parasyte: The Grey” will be available to stream sometime next year from Netflix.

Seo Ji-Hye, Lee Sung-Jae, Hong Soo-Hyun, & Lee Sang-Woo cast in TV Chosun drama “Red Balloon”

Seo Ji-Hye, Lee Sung-Jae, Hong Soo-Hyun, and Lee Sang-Woo are cast in TV Chosun drama series “Red Balloon” (literal title). The drama series will be directed by Jin Hyung-Wook and scripted by Moon Young-Nam. This is the fourth time Ji Hyung-Wook and Moon Young-Nam will work together following 2009 KBS2 drama series “Three Brothers,” 2013 KBS2 drama series “Wang’s Family,” and 2019 KBS2 drama series “Liver or Die.”

“Red Balloon” will first air December, 2022 in South Korea.

Woo Do-Hwan, Bona, & Cha Hak-Yeon cast in MBC drama “Joseon Lawyer”

Woo Do-HwanBona, and Cha Hak-Yeon are cast in MBC drama series “Joseon Lawyer” (literal title). The screenplay is a fusion historical drama script, set during the Joseon period. Woo Do-Hwan will play main character Kang Han-Soo. He becomes a lawyer to take revenge for his parents’ deaths, but he eventually turns into a skilled lawyer. Bona will Princess Lee Yeon-Joo and Cha Ha-Yeon will play Judge Yoo Ji-Sun.

Filming for the drama series will begin soon, but air dates for the drama series has not yet been decided.

Main trailer added for tvN drama series “Blind” starring TaecYeon, Ha Seok-Jin, & Jung Eun-Ji. The drama series revolves around a serial murderer case, with jury members as victims. The main trailer begins with TaecYeon stating “Mad dog… a mad dog is coming.” The main trailer also has captions that state (0:08) “Sunken memory,” (0:12) “Truth which is emerging,” (0:18) “After the trial,” (0:25) “Real murder has begun.”

Choi Woo-Sik, Son Suk-Ku, & Lee Hee-Jun are cast in Netflix drama series “Murderer o Nangam” (literal title). The drama series is based on webcomic “SalinjaㅇNangam” by Ggomabi & Nomabi. For “Murderer o Nangam,” Choi Woo-Sik will play a college student named Lee Tang. He accidentally kills someone who turns out to be a serial killer. Son Suk-Ku will play Detective Jang Nan-Gam and Lee Hee-Jun will play Ex-Detective Song Chon.

“Murderer o Nangam” will stream on Netflix sometime next year.
