Takumi Kitamura, Go Ayano, and Yuta Hayashi are cast in movie “Orokamono no Mibun.” Movie is based on 2019 novel “Orokamono no Mibun” by Jun Nishio and directed by Koto Nagata (“Shanti Days 365 Days, Happy Breath“). The three leads will play young men who are friends and involved in criminal work to sell personal family register information. They try to escape that type of life.
“Orokamono no Mibun” will be released October 24, 2025 in Japan.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Takuya Matsumoto (Takumi Kitamura) and Mamoru Kakizaki (Yuta Hayashi) pretend to be women on SNS and approach men who are not good at having conversations with women. Their job is to skillfully extract personal information of these men for the sale of their family registers to men without relatives. They entered this line of work due to their poor backgrounds. Apart from what they do, they are ordinary young men who make silly noises and always stick together. Takuya Matsumoto tries to escape from this shady business with Mamoru Kakizaki by the help of Kenji Kajitani (Go Ayano), who actually got them into this business.
