Due to his old-fashioned mindset, he caused a scandal at work and was forced to quit his job. He now moves into the home that his father, whom he hated, left behind. He calls himself a freelance journalist, but he is actually unemployed. One day, he talks to Shosuke Kohara, who was his late younger sister’s husband. As a widower and a single father, Shosuke Kohara raises his two children by himself. Ippei Omori tells Shosuke Kohara to bring his 2 children and move into his home. They all start living together. Behind Ippei Omori’s unexpected actions, he has an ulterior motive for his change in behavior. To get back on his feet, he decided to become a politician and run for the upcoming ward assembly election. To win the election, he needs a good image and having a family in his home helps with that.
