Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Set in the 1970’s, a smuggling operation exits within a small peaceful village by the sea. Those that are involved in the smuggling operation are Jo Choon-Ja (Kim Hye-Soo), who works as a smuggler to make a living, her friend Eom Jin-Sook (Yum Jung-Ah), who leads a group of female divers, and Master Sergeant Kwon (Zo In-Sung). Master Sergeant Kwon is the king of smugglers nationally.
